This company does not pay there employees or there invoices they take money from customer and never send the goods. I was told to collect as much cash sales as possible so they did not have to give customer there photos. I could not work for a company that steels hard working peoples money. You should be looking into this company defrauding customers and employeesBusiness response

This complaint was posted May 6 and our payment cheque cleared our bank May 7. So I would appreciate this complaint be removed from your BBB website because it is false and misleading.

AFS salesman D*********** came to our home April 9, 2021 selling aerial farm photos. Placed order for 5x7 print and gave cheque for $151.50, cost of print and archive search for past photos. Was told it normally takes 6-8 weeks to receive the photo but due to covid lockdown, things were delayed. 8 weeks would have been the end of June. By the end of July, it still was not received. *** emailed Aug 8, 2021 to see if we were interested in any archived photos. I called him Aug 9/21, placed order for archived photos & told him we still had not received the photo purchased in the spring. He reiterated that there was delay due to covid but that it should have been received by that time and he would look into it. Called him on Aug 10/21 to give him the order reference number. Credit card was billed for archived photos on Aug 10/21. Received package of 8 archived photos on Sept 22/21. Called *** & left message that the original April photo was not in the package, please advise. No response. Left another detailed message on Sept 29/21. Again, no response so on Oct 7/21 just left my name & number requesting a call back. When *** called back, he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about & asked me to send him a photo of the original order form. I texted that to him Oct 13/21 & he replied via text that the office would look into it. Texted *** on Nov 16/21 that I was following up as I had not heard anything. No response. Texted *** Nov 23/21 asking if the missing photo had been shipped. *** told me to send him more info. I told him that I had texted the order form but he claimed not to have it. I resent it. He said he would look into & requested shipping address, which I provided. Nov 30/21, received email from Amber Wilson that a package was sent to me Sept 17/21, no tracking. I replied that would have been the archived photos but did not include the missing April photo. No response. Dec 1 email to Lynda who had been copied by Amber. No response.Business response
