Wrong part sent. 01.05.2023 date of transaction I sent an email regarding the error and they said that their order form didn't accommodate for different version of the same model so I ordered the wrong part and they will do nothing about it. First of all they were weeks late with the delivery. 20 September 2021 Order Number: *****To whom it may concern, My name is *************. I purchased a bumper from your company (*************************) on July 6th 2021. When ordering the bumper I was asked a series of questions (VIN, MAKE, MODEL, YEAR; of my VEHICLE). Upon arrival I received a ****** ****** 2019 Bumper. Which in fact did not fit my car. I reached out to a company representative, and they had depicted that it was my fault, and would not reimburse my money upon return. How could it possibly be my fault when I put my vin, make, model, and year? I am asking once again on behalf of my attorney and I to be reimbursed my money, or sent the right bumper. Otherwise we will be taking legal action, and reporting to the BBB. As this case is not plausible, nor reasonable. Thank you for your time. If I do not hear from your company within the next week (27 September 2021). I will be taking legal action against your company. With regards -*************
