Missed a MAJOR safety issue that we asked them to look at before we were heading out on the highway which they misdiagnosed and told us there was no issue only for us to face great peril on the highway & a $1600 repair bill 3 days later to replace the tie arm because the vehicle was so unsafe to drive at that time. This was in June 2021, to selling us a battery that won't hold a charge that a real mechanic tested and found the battery to be faulty and although we are nowhere near the expiration of the warranty they refuse to replace the battery when we are having to charge it daily - this was today Feb 15, 2022. But wait - the staff told us that they would need 40mins, then an hour to do the test so we left and came home, within 13minutes we received a call from some woman named ***** telling us the test was done and showed nothing wrong. On either Feb 6 or June 2 (don't know their date config on the receipt) we purchased a battery which came with a 3 year warranty. We have had to charge the battery every other day for months now & almost daily at this point. We had a real mechanic do some repairs and test the battery which they indicated had issues with the power cells not holding the charge. ***** took my complaint call to corporate 2/15 who told me she was escalating to the GM & owner. We were told that someone named ******** was the GM and she reiterated that they don't stand behind their products or service and ***** heard her saying one thing & then the exact opposite when I was on the call making the complaint. We are now going to have to purchase a new battery from a more reputable supplier and I should not be out of pocket when I paid for a warranty. We will be out of pocket for about $200+
