purchase a truck from dealership 2022 Ram Rebel Pick up date January 10th ***** I returned to dealership January 13th 2022 and showed salesman (****) a few issues with interior of truck scratches on dashboard bumps in steering wheel and rear door panel. **** assured me things would be dealt with in a timely fashion. After multiple failed attempts in ordering the correct part a setting up a date to have everything repaired it was well over a years process and not till July of 2023 did the truck go in for repairs. I was called buy dealership buy ****** service department letting me truck was completed upon my arrival I looked over truck and seen that only a few things have been repaired,door panel has been replaced with poor workmanship, scratches are still on dashboard, steering wheel has been tampered with and is now in worse condition that how I dropped it off. After picking up the truck I went to my own personal shop ******************** the owner personally went over the truck in detail and was shocked as to how the truck was repaired. I went back to the dealership met with owner ************************* was not a polite meeting I tried to show him the issues still with truck dashboard steering wheel ***** refused to to look or sit in truck there for not seeing any of the issues still at hand. ***** told me that steering wheel was based on wear and tear on the vehicle at the time truck had less than ****km and that the truck is fine and that if I dont like the truck that he would sell me a new one.
