I reached out to **** on October 27th, we had a phone interview on October 29th. **** assured me that she had experience in writing IT resumes and that she could help with a resume & cover letter. Her first rough draft resume was terrible and I spoke with her regarding her awkward wording, misspelled words, repeated sentences and incorrect information in regards to IT which she clearly did NOT understand at all. On Nov 5th I let her know that this resume was not acceptable, she asked me to return the rough draft with corrections and give her another chance. The contract was supposed to be completed by Nov 8th. I did not hear back from **** in regards to the correction of my resume nor was I sent a finished copy. I sent an email on Nov 14th asking if my resume was done. **** then sent me back my uncorrected resume on Nov 15th. The resume on Nov 15th included not a single correction that I had made on Nov 5th and still included misspelled words, repeated sentences and grammatical errors. Since it was clear that **** was no longer working with me and unable to complete the terms of her contract, my wife and I worked on and corrected the resume. I then sent that to **** in the hopes she would fulfill her contract but all she did was add page numbers to the resume my wife and I had already written. **** has not completed her contract as she has not sent me a corrected cover letter nor resume, that she prepared, nor have I received the hard copy promised in my contract. I reached out to **** to try to work this out but she largely ignored me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/19) */ I have attached my work log, notes taken as per the job posting which had page 4 scanned twice on the document, copies of 1st draft of resume, revision sent by client, letter sent by client, draft of letter and resume sent to my daughter for formatting and final version of resume. Also, I have included the last resume client wrote. There is no mention in the client agreement about a certain date of completion as I explain to my clients resumes take 7 to 10 business day. Also, there is not mention of a hard copy in the agreement, as I work virtually. Client did not speak to me directly after receiving the first draft only sent back his revisions as the client chose to communicate by email only. Client only called me on Nov 17th asking for a refund. If you have any other questions, please email me, or call me.
