              Orr Cleaners Strathroy’s laundry machines are listed as 3.00 per use but they are constantly taking coins and not registering them so that you have to insert double that to get them to work. There is a sign posted at the front stating “use at your own risk.” Therefore, they will not refund your money or fix the washers which is absolutely disgusting business practice. They need to either fix their machines or start issuing refunds. This is theft. This needs to be posted so that people are aware and can use other laundry services.

              I brought in an expensive wedding outfit to be “ steamed” lightly. It had beads on top , pants and jacket. When I went to get my dry cleaning back the beads were stretched. So now they sag. I asked to have it fixed. They sent it to south London store. I was told not their problem. Not fixing it. Will not ship to store I dropped it off at because I “ scared” the staff. OMG …. All I said was I want it fixed. Several calls and the women who works Byron store told me I was rude! And had to pick up my cleaning in Byron.if I wanted to drive to Byron, I would have took it to Byron . I think they are rude. And I would not recommend anything important to be sent to this store. Apparently 60 years in business allows them to have no customer service. Customer service zero. I think people should be aloud to ask for something to be made right without being called rude. I wonder if the original person who started this store would be impressed with this? I am sure they would have fixed it. I would not recommend this store.
