Experiencing some problems with our gas dryer, ie: not drying clothes properly, inside of door was holding moisture. Contacted repair company who upon initial inspection said the problem was with the venting, no air venting to the outside of the house. They recommended Dryer Vent Wizard to have a look at this problem. Contacted *** and he came out the next morning. Within a very short period of time he found several problems that we had with the current venting, or lack thereof. The repair consisted of locating the pipe separation which was enclosed with a basement drywall ceiling and a plugged vent cover. *** commenced the repairs, and provided a photo of the separation. The area was cleaned of the stray lint, and new connection at the back of the dryer was also installed. The drywall entry cuts were replaced and all that is needed is a bit of mudding and sanding. I have dealt with numerous home and auto repair people over the years and can say with absolute confidence that *** and his company are the best service providers I have experienced. I highly recommend this company if you need any repair to venting, visible or hidden away. Thank you *** for your excellent service.
