April ********************************************** from Casablanca London liquidation sold me a inflatable hot tub for 600 deal was made on ******** marketplace. Upon delivery he said debit machine down use emt but I have to pay taxes that were not agreed upon. I said I can only do 600 and he agreed. Now 29 days later the hottub stopped working won't turn on . ***** is ignoring my messages after saying he won't warranty because I refused to pay taxes and he said the manufacturer can't help because no invoice since i didn't pay. He never stated to me that no invoice cash EMT deal he forced with no debit machine would affect WarrentyBusiness response

I am sick and tired of these 3 cuatomers. They are threatening me and posting things on social media. They just want to scam me.
did u guys ask him for a receipt.i am running a liquidation store. We have no returns and all sales final policy here.

I am rejecting this response because:This guy is delusional. 3 ppl ? I am a one guy whose got scammed by this man.
forced me to have no receipt, promised Warrenty within 30 days and does not keep his promise when his product failed
Says he contacted manufacturer which I guarantee is a lie. As he provided no formal emails or feedback from them

Bought hottub from *************************** off fb add told me he had store but remodeling. New in box with 1 yr warranty. Set it up April 16th nothing worked. Called him right away also called factory .contacted again by text so I would have proof .was told by ***** ,owner of Casablanca Liquidation ,someone would come with new controller within 2 days Noone showed been told if I didn't have part my may 8th he would come pickup hottub refund my money .on either May 9 or 10th .texted on the 10th to see if he was coming told me he was done with me .I told him was going to talk to police & post & report him to anyone who will listen .police told me not to go to his ********* wad in my right to post & report .I just want money back .this hottub was for a ************************************************************************************************** April, new address is ***********************************New phone # is ************ .I do not drive & I paid delivery I have texts of conversations but don't know how to send on here paid $599.00+$40.00 in cashInitial Complaint

I had purchased a basketball net from this company. When i picked it up the box was damaged. I asked them if the system had any damage and they said no. When i got it home and started to assemble the base was cracked. I had contacted the company right away and they said they would request a replacement part from the manufacture. That was in may and now they have even stopped responding to my messages. I am just looking for the replacement part that they said they were going to get for me.Business response

Lol. Just let her know that she purchased it brand new and checked the item before she paid for it by opening the box and everything. And made sure its all good. As its a liquidation store. We dont do any returns or exchange. All sales are final Even though she break a part of the item after sometime. I told her that i will see if i can get it for her or not. Which not my responsibility as all sales are final. Helping somebody will give u this. And she wants to complaint about it. Tell her that she can go ahead do whatever she wants. And i will respond to it.

I am rejecting this response because:
On May 1st the business had told me they order the replacement part and that the next day, they should know when it is arriving. They had messaged me to say "don't worry. will get 1 for u". Again on May 5th I was told "it was ordered. I am waiting for them to ship so that i can have a tracking number". My complaint is that i have not been provided the replacement part they had ordered, and they are not responding to me. Their response is unprofessional.
