We had a whole house inspection and installing proper connections for aluminum wiring. The workers were informative and polite. They did not leave a big mess. They seemed to work efficiently, showing up on time and finishing as expected. I am confident in the quality of the work. The quoted estimate was close to the final cost (it ended up being a little less than expected). Overall I am happy with the work. This is the second time we've hired *************************** (first job was to switch from glass fuses to breakers) and we would continue to recommend them.

Loucks did exterior work on our street lighting. The work was contracted out, was poorly done, the crew were rude, and they left the job incomplete and an eye-sore. We had to hire a different contractor to finish the job. The cost was way too expensive for the work done, probably because everything was subcontracted and each layer took a cut. Coordination of the subcontractors was not done efficiently so the job took much longer than necessary. Although Loucks found equipment to excavate it could not be relocated to level and re-sod or re-sow the lawns afterwards. The excuse was that this was not part of the contract! We are looking for a contractor with their own equipment and crews for future work.Review from Jeffery N

Jordan, Nick and Justin are amazing guys they get the job done quickly and so professional they are always available when we need them to do electrical for our units. They are all very well mannered and respectful to all of our customers we have never had a complaint about Loucks & Sons. We will continue to use them on a regular basis as they are top notch!!
