My family and I went in to dot. Furniture on April 9th 2022 looking for a patio set. We were helped by one of the sales associates at the store. We spent an hour looking through different options. We settled on a patio table with a built in fire table, 5 chairs, a bench and a cover. The table had a price sticker on it for $2750 for which stated "Shoreline Firepit Table x 1, Sling chairs x 5" Once we got to the cash to pay, the incorrect price came up. We said that is wrong. The sales associate then involved a manager who then walked over to the table with us and said the price was incorrect on the tag. He then promptly removed the tag with the price and said sorry nothing I can do. We have a picture with the price tag and what it includes that we can provide to you. I then called to complain to dot. and they only offered 10% discount which is still $1300 more than the price they had advertised in the store. We simply want what we were told was included for the price advertised. This was also confirmed by the original sales associate.Business response

We want you to have the furniture you like, and we can offer you a discount of 10% for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, these chairs are now sold out for the season but we are happy to help you choose something else.
