Multiple issues with car wash not working. Employees argumentative, dishonest and refuse to compensate or work with me to provide a complimentary car wash ticket to use in lieu of car wash malfunctions. I'm a Petro Canada season car wash holder. The stipulation of this season pass is that you must attend a Petro Canada with a "Super Wash" car wash technology. This Petro Canada is the only one with this "Super Wash" within my range of home and work. I have had multiple instances within the past couple months, with the car wash not working at this location. Three that I've gone into the business about. Due to this frequency of malfunctions, I started requesting compensation as it's costing me money to not use the season pass to its full potential. Further, I live out of city limits and two instances of these three, I've driven in to London specifically to use the car wash, with negative results. All of my attempts to request compensation from the business employees and manager have been refused, and refused with rudeness and dishonesty. Today, I was refused twice for car wash compensation. The second time I attended, I was able to speak with a maintenance technician on-site actively fixing the car wash. This technician confirmed to me verbally he was there to fix the car wash. The Petro employee working at this time argued with me that there still was no problem with the car wash. He refused to serve me, or acknowledge me and continued serving other customers. He blatantly shut my request down and was argumentative, exhibiting closed body language and refusal to actively listen to my issue. He requested to see my season pass and when I provided it to him, he refused to look at it stating the car wash was working. ***************************************************************** ***************************************************************** ***************************************************************** *******************************************************Initial Complaint

On March 14, 2022 my car was damaged by car wash. I am a monthly pass holder and have been through this and 2 other Petro Canada car washes near me without any problems for last 2 years. I heard a loud bang during middle of wash over other loud noises and could not open door to see. I forgot to check when leaving car wash. Next morning I see damage. Go to Petro Canada and file incident report. Takes 2 weeks for ************ to get back to me. I end up contacting their insurance provider ************************ who declined my claim due to no conclusive evidence. Driver side camera is full of water.
