This salon refuses any type of refund. I have written multiple letters to them one of them being this: I don’t know why you keep saying “at no cost to you”? If you installed extensions in my hair that didn’t match of course you had to order new ones at your own expense? That is literally the absolute bare minimum. I received a colour service from ***** which I shouldn’t be paying for. My hair was two different colours on top/ bottom. Which is WHY the extensions picked out by ******* didn’t match my hair. Because of this mistake , I spent a total of about 10+ hours over two days, of my OWN time coming in to have someone fix this disaster of a mistake. Not to mention your other stylist, ******, installed the extensions knowing they did not match. That is on you. Another mistake. And still no refund. The very LEAST you could do is start from scratch. Now adding in all the disgusting rude and snarky comments I received from your TWO stylists, that mistreatment alone should result in a refund. I did not come to the salon to be emotionally distressed and made to feel like this was my fault. I didn’t make the mistakes. Your stylists did. Having to come in 3-4 times to fix someone’s mistake is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR IS IT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. This again, should result in a refund. After **** FORCED me to sign off on a piece of paper agreeing to the second set of extensions, which was not at all the colour I asked for, I end up with a sloppy blend and cut. I don’t give a single rats ass if it looks good when the hair is curled. When my hair is straight, you can see the blunt ends and bad hair cut. And this I because you chose a stylist who was licensed a total of 4 weeks to do my extensions. Not a senior stylist. That wasn’t even a stab at Jess, extensions as you know are not like normal hair and are harder to cut. No one came over to help guide her. So when I had to ask AGAIN to come in for another fix, you told me I would be required to pay?
