I booked an appointment on the 20th of December at 2pm with my daughter and mother in law. She had a perm and cut we were charge $26.99 for the hair dresser to ********** hairs.I went into the store for a cut and color. She came no where close what I had shown her including the cut and color. I specifically said blue at the back with mix or purple.n pink. I couldn't say anything that day I was in shock that she thought it was close to the pictures. She also got dye on my ear I have developed an reaction on my ear as she didn't wipe the dye off right away im waiting in the dr but my daughter trained as a babysitter and my mother both agree it was from Hair dye. It is my hope it isnt.The. Cut was I believe $26.99 and the colors started at $84.09 but was more as there is four types of color remaining. I paid approximately 300 dollars but that does include my daughter cut and mother-in-law perm they're cuts n perm was good. I filed a complaint with a feedback form nothing, I emailed thru the website twice but I have never recieved a response from anyone to discuss and attempt to have repair this. I started with the first complaint December 20th and lastly yesterday and I'm gett8ng no where. There is a period for refund with the holidays and shut downs is why I thought maybe they kept quiet but after 3 attempts makes it obvious that they don't care.i have mental health difficulties stand8ng up for myself is very difficult which is why I didn't say no rght away and this is y i tried this way. Maybe now I will get a response the amount is approximate. I attached as much info possible including what ghe cut and color were to look like and what I got. I also for git to mention I did email the regis *********** as well thru a website nut got no where. I'd like the refund for my mother in laws cut considering she only trimmed a few hairs & a refund on my color & cut as it seriously wasn't close to what I got my ear is messed up n I spent the holiday embarrassed in my roomCustomer response

I spoke to urgent care online and was given antibiotics for a burn that got infected. I have to follow up with family Dr if it doesn't improve. I do have 3 individuals in the salon including my mother in law, my daughter and my husband that remember she left dye on my ear.
