Not willing to stand behind Products they Sell
My installer purchased flooring there in July 2021. In September 2021 it started to separate and delaminate. Finally they came out to look at it and said the manufacturer needed to come and look at it. That never happened in a reasonable time frame. Finally my installer pressured them and we were promised the first week in January 2022 and that never happened. Finally January 23rd 2022 a ******** showed up from ***************** who sold them the product to Kaplan. He looked at it and said there is definitely something wrong and he would have a manufacturers rep come and look at it and get it fixed. Nothing ever happened, calls were not returned and finally a meeting was scheduled between my installer, Kaplan and I to resolve the issue. Instead of meeting with us he put ******** on speaker phone who outright lied and said he was waiting for information from me when he had it all the time. Complete lies and I got furious at the fact they blamed me. Why should the consumer even have to deal with the manufacturer ? Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the floor they told my installer that they would sell him replacement floor at "their cost" and would not refund him for the original garbage they sold him. Ironically they don't sell products from ***************** anymore because they a lot of issues! Again why is that my problem? If they were a reputable company they would have at least supplied alternate flooring at no cost and fix the problem they created by selling garbage in the first place. Totally unacceptable behavior if they were a reputable firm. I would strongly advise dealing elsewhere **********************************.

As a store, if there is a complain about the materials we contact with suppliers to investigate. We contacted the company three times, the company tried to resolve the issue, but they needed some time to do so. However, Mr. Dennis****** could not wait and threatened them with court which resulted in a conflict with the company. He then expected us to give him free materials to replace the old ones, despite the fact the whole thing had nothing to do with us. Even though we didn't have any issue with that company, we removed their samples from our showroom and no longer supply it.
