We hired Continental to redo the roof on our cedar garden shed. The 20 year old cedar shingles had been quite beat-up by the weather and squirrels. Replacement of individual shingles was becoming a too frequent chore. We slelected mineral coated steel shingle panels as the replacement. Continental's one-man crew completed the removal of the old shingles, replaced one roof sheething panel, applied ice and water barrier membrane, separation membrane, the new steel cedar-look roof panels, aluminum facia, eavestroughs and downspouts and finished with a thorough clean-up all within three days. The work took place in August 2022. We are very satisfied with the result and with the top quality of the work and products provided by Continental Home improvements and would whole-heartedly recommend their services to anyone contemplating home improvements. **** * ******* ************

The two man crew from Continental Home Improvement have done a fantastic job on our home. The 12 year old vinyl siding had been improperly installed by the original builder; it was loose and had to be contantly fixed. Continental's estimator instantly spotted all the defects of the original installation, and offered to remove and reinstall the existing siding. We requested a quote for the removal of the existing siding, reinstallation of that siding on the back of the house and on the sides up to the gables, install new vinyl "cedar shake"on the gables. At the front of the house install new ***** Stacked stone vinyl up to the window line in the covered porch area, and carry it around to the the garage and face the garage up to the gable with the ***** product, and install the new cedar shake vinyl on that gable. The also removed one window from a group of three on the east side, refinishing both the exterior and interior walls. They also installed three roof vents to improve the ventilation of two bathrooms and the kitchen range vent. all this work was carried out in February and early March . We did have to wait for the new siding material to become available , but as soon as it was in stock, the work was started. The workmanship of the two man crew was excellent and has added value to our home and has given us peace of mind during strong winds. Thank you Continental.
