My wife and I purchased a storage locker for $570 plus tax in cash on auctions at this facility.
Upon cleaning the unit, we had left our locker unlocked to do a garbage removal, locker was left in the secured facility directly in front of the cameras pointed from the entrance/exit gate.

Approximately 30minutes later when we came back we noticed almost immediately that there had been a large amount of our objects taken from our storage unit, we had informed the head office about the theft of our objects on their secured facility grounds.. only to be confronted by the manager ***** saying "these issues are your fault and that it should be a lessoned learned and the police won't do anything so there is no point in calling " in an extremely demeaning manner, so basically we finished cleaning what we needed to and left and called back approx 2 hours later to give our contact information in case something had shown up, and that we would be filing a police Report.
Roughly a few hours later just before their office was about to close for the
Night, they had called my wife informing us that she had to go over to this random mans house and bring back our stuff and now it's randomly in the locker that we just previously cleared out..

We've called again today and the manager ***** has told us she's done dealing with this situation and is basically just ignoring the issue.

The unit that was purchased at auction, was left unattended for almost an hour. The contents of the unit left outside of the storage unit along with the doors open and left opened during that time. When the client arrived they were upset of course as they advised all of the items left unattended was all of the good stuff? We reviewed video surveillance and we determined who the person was that removed items from the open unit. I went to this persons house as we had their info on file and advised to return the items taken. The person did so before the end of the day. At the time I spoke with the client and advised yes they would have to take some responsibility they left their unit unattended and the doors fully open and items outside of the unit. I did tell them they could call the police and file a report and that id be happy to give the police that info on the client in question, this conversation happened just yesterday. I know the person who removed the items from the locker as they are a client of ours. He had access into the property as he has a unit with us.
I'd be happy to give the police any info once they arrive or contact us.
I am not going to be insulted by an online inquiry when I placed myself in a situation in order to get their items back, to say that I did not care would be an insult.
