      In May 2022 I took my truck into Finch Chev to get warranty work done on the engine. It was ticking and my warranty was about to be up. Allegedly they repaired it! In August 2023 my engine was ticking louder than normal. Then a light came on, then misfiring and a whole bunch of other things have failed as a result. When I contacted Finch they refused to fix it!! Clearly an ongoing issue as I had another Chev dealership tell me they likely didn’t do it proper or bad parts! I cannot get to work. *** * ********** ******** *** * **** ** ****** * **** **** *** ******** The dealership that diagnosed the issues currently said it’s the exact she thing that Finch allegedly fixed! I am now out 275.00 for diagnosis and 330 for spark plugs I didn’t need! And a quote for 2800 from the dealership that says it’s not right this has happened! I want my money back and I want my truck fixed!

      If I could give less then a star I would in a heart beat. I am a lease owner with a 600$ a month lease. I have never in my life been more disrespected at a establishment as this one. I am currently waiting on talking to the owner of the dealership (hasn't called me but has time to reply to this review) . I will never recommend this company or dealing with this company. I am not a new customer but a customer of 3 years. I honestly can't even believe this Is even happening. Apparently customers are not their priority. So spend your money elsewhere..

      Hi ********, we are sorry you have taken offence to our request to clean and empty your Jungle Services vehicle prior to having it serviced. As an employer, it's important to protect the personal well-being and health & safety of our staff and ensure an environment that is safe, free of clutter, odour, & bacteria. I understand you have been working with my management team over the last several days to which, you are not in agreement or understanding. We are happy to service your vehicle for you we just kindly ask that you remove all your equipment and have it cleaned. The technician will be in your vehicle for approximately 3 hours while completing the repair and in its current condition we do not feel it is safe to ask them to do that. We have tried to accommodate you the best we can however without cleaning your vehicle the technician does not feel comfortable completing the repair. We do wish you the best, ************ - Managing Partner.

      In the emails your company sent regarding this situation was not " asking nicely" , your employees handled the situation VERY POORLY. Your "exact same google review response " is just proof that your company is not one I will be dealing with again. Thanks to your company GMC Hs been notified and told about the poor customer service on your behalf. This is the main reason why I will be switching companies as soon as possible. You will never see my business and countless others I will tell about the situation.
