      Renewed our subscription to the London Free Press on April 4, 2024 paying $366.80 for a one year subscription. Before I renewed on April 4, we were receiving the paper daily. Since April 4, we have not received one paper in the morning. Each day I call and complain to a machine. Some days we find a paper on our porch in the late afternoon, and two days we received no paper at all. **************** has been no help whatsoever. They say they will inform distribution but nothing changes. No wonder readership is down!

      I have a subscription to the London Free Press. Today (April 4, 2023, once again, I have not received the paper. This has happened several times. When I contact Customer Service, I have to wait from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to be able to speak to someone. I request to speak to a supervisor, and am told there is no one in the department who deals with home delivery problems. I then ask to have someone from distribution call me, and again am told that there is no one in distribution who calls customers with regards to home delivery problems. In December, I did not receive a Saturday paper, and when I called, I was told my subscription would be extended to June 2, 2023. When I called today to complain about not having received the paper, I found out my subscription had not been extended to the June 2 date as was promised in December. The London Free Press is not providing the service for which I have paid. In addition, their customer service is atrocious! No one should have to wait 1.5 hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone as I had to the afternoon of April 4, 2023 and over half an hour the morning of April 4, 2023. If a customer requests to speak a supervisor, there should be one available.

      London Free Press delivery: In past two or three weeks we either get no LFP paper delivered or it arrives after 11:00AM. I have tried every phone number I can find. You either do not get a human or they never give you a call back. They have one option that says 'if you did not get your paper, would you like us to deliver you one within 3 hours". Well forget that, it never shows up. Absolutely ridiculous service. I am so frustrated with them. *****

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/03/07) */ I made more calls and emails and finally got to speak to a human. I threatened to leave the FP if I didn't start to get consistent delivery. Well, fingers crossed, for the past 7 days, we have received the paper, any where between 6:00am and noon. My patience has run out with this organization and we (spouse and myself) have agreed that come two missed deliveries, we are gone for good. **********************************************************
