I had 2 bay windows installed by Four Seasons in 2018. I asked that winter why it is so cold by the windows - no result. Last year I measured the temperature by the windows a number of times and it was 5 to 10 degrees Celsius. I called as they don't close properly and they want $95 for someone to look at them and more to fix them. I have been told by another person that they can be adjusted so that they close properly buy want to pay a reasonable price for this. Any advice?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/12/02) */ we will contact the manufacture of the windows and advise them of the issue, we will advise once we hear back from the manufacture. I paid to have the issue dealt with for now but in the spring will the window open and close as it is supposed to? The other important aspect is the $95 charge just to come and look at the problem. What slap in the face to pay $95 to identify a problem I identified already. The service man was very thorough and pleasant. I did tell him that I had paid to have the window closed which solved the problem. My complaint was that the business wanted $95 to look at it and more to repair which seems excessive
