There was bed bug infestation in a room on September 2nd, so I called this company for bed bug assessment in my entire house. The staff determined that there is only one room that has bed bug infestation, and he suggested to treat one room w/ charge of $141(after tax). He did like 10min of treatment, and wrote a receipt in hand writing(just wrote to identify that one room was treated on September 2nd), and said call his company if there is still bed bug problem in the room. 2 weeks later, we got bed bug bites and found bed bug near bed. I called the company, and a guy answered the phone. I reported we still have bed bug problem 2 weeks after the treatment. He started to raise his voice, and yelled at me that that's what I get if I choose cheaper way to treat the bed bug. He said it's written "there"(didn't get any proper documentation from the company at all. I don't know what he refers to) that there is NO WARRANTY and GURANTEE. He offered another tx for $141 or get whole house tx.Business response

Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2021/10/21) */ A male gentleman called into our company requesting a bedbug treatment for one room of a house. Our office explained to this gentlemen that to be effective the whole house would need to be treated and after the first treatment, we would need to treat every 21 days until the problem was cleared up. This gentleman was not interested in treating the whole house but still wanted something done. So, we offered to inspect and treat the one room at a cost of $125 + tax. He told us to go ahead. We made it very clear on the phone that there would be no guarantees or warranties as we were only treating the one room. A written note was recorded down on the technician's job work order indicating that this localized treatment had no warranty. Although this gentleman was told that in order to effectively get rid of bed bugs the whole house should be treated rather than one room, customer service is important to us so we are going to refund the money back to this customer.
