I sold my condo and the closing took place on June 30, 2023. Dickenson Condo was informed a week prior and I was told that the new owners needed to provide their banking information so mine could be removed. This was to ensure the condo fees for July would not be taken out of my account. On July 6th I noticed the fees had been removed from my account. My real estate agent called Dickenson on that date and she was informed the money would be returned to my account on July 12th. This did not occur. I called several more times and I was told there was a "man" working on it. On August 1st the monthly condo fees were again taken from my account. I called on August 2nd to report this to Dickenson and they apologized and agreed to get back to me the same day. It is now August 8th and I have not received a response and the money has not been returned to my account.Business response

I'm very sorry that this error was not dealt with immediately. I am told by my accounting department that the refund was processed on August 9/23. It normally takes a few days for the refund to work its way through the banking system.
