Over the last 18 years and especially in the last 8 years building management at my building has mismanaged this building so much to the point that they've allowed mice and rats to freely roam the building walls up and down from basement to rooftop and pigeons have taken up residence on the balconies because one specific old man keeps feeding the squirrels and that attracts pigeons and the only thing on my balcony is pigeon p*** and I have had cockroaches in my apartment for the last 2 years and most recently bedbugs because that has been going around the building for the last year and now it is my turn and their instructions were different everything so I am confused and the building management doesn't respond to my calls or emails and now the property manager is not taking my calls either and my building manager's first language is not English so he doesn't respond to my emails and I am not even sure what he understands and I thought my emails were sent to the property manager, but when I speak to the property manager he doesnt seem to have a clue what's going on so Homestead just sends me random Pest Control bills even if they provided me the service. So warning to potential residents FYI Homestead sends you random Pest Control bills just because that cannot get the stuff straight.
