              I am extremely happy with my decision to switch from my old alarm provider to Alliance Security Systems of Ottawa. I didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment, everyone I have spoken to has been so professional, reliable, knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend Alliance to anyone that wants to feel like their home is in good hands, safe and secure. Plus, an added bonus of supporting a local small business where you are treated like a friend and not just an account number!

              We just got our security system installed . Very impressed with how this business operates . Top notch team from top to bottom . No high pressured sales tactics . They listened to us to understand our needs and concerns then put together a proposal. No pressure to sell me stuff I didnt need . The office kept us updated as to when the system would be installed . They notified our insurance company as to what was being installed . The install team were the icing on the cake . Professional and no disruption as they came in and wet to work to get the job done . The system is user friendly and brings a great deal of comfort to ensure we have protected our property as best as we can . This company utilizes local monitoring as well as alerts direct to my phone . If your in need of a security system these are the guys to get in touch with . Give them a call for your peace of mind
