      Third party repair company holding my phone ******** when I did not enter into an agreement of any kind with them. I was given no documentation in any form about terms of service. I was made to believe I was sending my phone to ******* for repair. I have a ****** ** Ultra with a cracked screen. Locally it was almost $500 to get repaired. Called ******* Canada and they directed me to their webpage advertising $301 to repair the screen. Guy told me it was a great deal, when I asked it it was $301 plus tax and that's it, he said it was. Proceeded to use the ******* service using a prepaid ***** waybill. 4 days later I get an email from a third party company called Futurtel. They sent me an estimate of almost $500 to repair the phone! If I don't want them to repair the phone, I have to pay $35+tax to get it back. I called *******, and they said that way down in the fine print, since they use third party repair companies, those companies can pretty much do and charge whatever they want, as the $301 is a suggested price. In the end ******* said too bad for me for not calling the third party company to check their prices first. I thought I was dealing with *******, and was not given any information to call the third party in the first place. ******* is a scummy company. Called Futurtel and told them to send me my phone. *** ****** ***** ** **** **** *** **** * ****** ******** Remember to read any fine print. Use chat instead of call so you have a paper trail. And if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

      My camera from my ******* phone got burned so I could not use my camera but I was able to use my phone properly without any problem for MONTHS. I contacted ******* and they redirected me to FUTURETEL. I usually read the reviews of the companies before but in this case I trusted ******* and their service associate FUTURETEL. When they inspected the phone, damages were found so the reparation cost would be $614.99. I obviously declined to repair it and had to pay almost $38 to cover the cost to inspect the device and the cost to ship it back to me unrepaired. When I tried to pay this fee, the e-transfer was refunded to my account. Phoned my bank, informed that FUTURETEL’s financial institution placed a block on that email address.They did not give a reason other than to suggest that some suspicious activity may have been reported. This did not give me great confidence which I mentioned to Matthew W. customer service. Finally when I got it back, it DID NOT turn on.I have tried to reset it, and it does NOT work either. Contacted *******&Futuretel desperate in order to get a solution.THEY DID NOT. Therefore my phone is not working anymore at all since they have inspected it (IT HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THE CAMERA DAMAGED FOR MONTHS BEFORE I SENT IT TO THIS COMPANY).I did not get any solution from anyone, not from FUTURETEL neither from *******.therefore, they have lost one costumer and I would not recommend these companies TO ANYONE. IF THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH THEY WOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME BEFORE OPENING MY PHONE, LETTING ME KNOW THAT THERE COULD BE A RISK ONCE THEY OPEN IT, INSTEAD I WAS NOT INFORMED AT ALL AND I GOT MY PHONE BACK BROKEN, UNUSABLE ANYMORE (IT WAS 2 YEARS OLD) ** ******** **** *** ** ** ******** **** *** *************** ********** ********* *** ******* * ***** **** *** * *** **** *** ** ****** ** *** **** **** ***** ** ********* ** ****** **** ** *** *** ************* * ****** *** ****** **** *** ******* *******

      Great job! Worth it! They do a great job for my ******* ****** *****, and to be honest, I'm surprised it was an amazing experience. I'll recommend this place. I LOVE *******!!

      ************************************************** I have never ever received such poor customer service in all of my life. I never do these reports but in this case I have to.

      Purchased ************* on Sept 2021. Defective when using. Received a replacement shortly after. Same problems. Received a 3rd replacement, same problems again ! When I called ******* after the 2nd faulty product, they said they could replace, refund or I can pay the difference for a higher model. They told me to call back Monday for the status. I did that today, Jan 24th, 2022. I called them and they denied my request to upgrade or refund. Said a replacement, the 4th replacement, is being shipped out. I have ALL the phone conversations recorded which is legal in Canada if only one party agrees.
      They also said that if I do not receive them, gets lost in transit they won't be responsible ! **********************************************

      AND !! I asked him what his manager's name is and their address and location. He REFUSED to tell me. Again this phone call was recorded.

      I WAS a huge fan of the ******* phones but after this experince, never again !!
