On Saturday, Jan 21,2023 and Monday, Jan 23,2023, I paid $2410 to buy two bracelets with stone and gold. During the purchase, we were through ****** to communicate whole process. Because I live in Calgary and the store is in Markham.So I can not walk in to the store, and all process was done on the ****** .The store manager let me to E transfer the money to her account, and she did not give me any receipt. I paid the $45 shipping fee. On Wednesday,Jan 25,2023, I received a package, and the first time I put it on, the bracelet was broken to a part. *** * ***** *** ***** *** ******* *** *****. So, i decided to return bracelets to her, and ask the money back. And she told me no returnable. * ** ******** during the whole purchase, the store manager did not mention me no returnable. When I found quality problems, she told me no returnable. ** * ******** * **** *******. ***** **** *** ******* ** *** ** ********
