      I'm a costumer of ****** in Ottawa, I used to buy phones and phone accessories from their. One year there was an offer from ******** to buy a screen protector for the phone and it will have a life warrantee and they will replace it whenever it damage. Actually, the company of ******** replaced it for me many times based up on their offer of (LIFE WARRANTEE). Almost two months ago I placed an online request to send me screen protector, when they were late I replied to their confirmation email and inquire about why it is late. ******** ** email on Feb. 15th,2024 to tell me they were out of stock but they already received it and it will shipped to me on the same day or maximum next day. After two week, when I did not receive anything and send a new inquiry, I received the ******** reply on Feb. 29 asking me if I want one or two protectors, after I replied they said they can only send one ! and yet I did not receive anything. On March 7th, I received the ******** email telling me that they are out of stock and I have to wait till March 25th. Simply I do not believe this way and if they no longer able to do as they offered to customers, they have to let the customers know instead of keep me waiting and they expecting that keep me waiting will makes me or anyone feel hopeless and forget about it. I need this replace now or they have to clearly say they are not able to do what they agreed to offer us for, so that I will communicate with ****** management and let them know about this situation.       After reviewing our records we have supporting evidence that two shipments were dispatched as per your request, *** ******** **********  One was shipped on 01/16/24 and the other was shipped on 03/13/24.

      Complaint: ********

      I am rejecting this response because: when I communicated with the company many times as showed in the previous *********** emails they never mentioned that they sent me anything, as shown in my emails from their side that they were out of stock and then they have it and then they went out of stock again and asking  me to wait till March 25th. Over all I did not receive anything from their side at all and again they never told me that it was sent to me. I hope they are able to send me the screen protector to put end for this waiting time, their concern is appreciated.
