Regarding complaint against -> Assured Automotive (2017) Inc. As a result of a no fault of auto collision insurance claim and repair, the outer door panels on my vehicle were replaced along with other body work and painting that was required, and the door panels began to rust less than 1 year after initial repairs. Assured Auto repaired the rust area by “cleaning it up” under their lifetime workmanship related warranty, which did not seem to have worked as the metal new metal door panels were already contaminated with rust due to improper workmanship (Assured Auto confirmed reason for rust was improper metal prepping), and the panels began to rust again approx. 1 year after 2nd repairs were completed. Assured Auto should have replaced the panels again when they began to rust the first time to help ensure a long-lasting repair; which they avoided doing in order to save on costs as it seems. This was an insurance repair claim with a cost of $6572.78 in repairs. I have now been waiting approx. 8 months for the manager of Assured Auto ***** ******** to review my repair case without resolution to date. The manage will no longer respond and is seems they are trying to avoid responsibility for the repair costs involved. I also have my insurance company involved trying to help with this matter. All I am asking is for Assured Auto to repair my vehicle under their documented life time workmanship labor as this is workmanship related as Assured auto already confirmed when they repaired the vehicle the 2nd time.
