I had bad experience with Carstar Mississauga, I left my car to replace the bumper, they told me repair takes one week and was not ready and after that every time they told me will be ready in couple of days, finally it took one month with expensive bill to insurance. repair shop and operational staff not telling the truth and wasting customers time.Review from Joanna O

Car star 401 at this location they removed the running boards from my vehicle(without my authorization!)and didn't returned the parts to me (still usable parts).I was told that they threw them in the trash. I left my car in this body shop(rekommended by my insurance company) for post-collision repairs. The repair was done badly and they refused to correct it. When I was there to pick up my car I notice broken running board which was intact when I left the car.I refused to pick up the car in this condition so they decided to remove the boards with no my permission. Nobody takes responsibility for the damage that has been done by the body shop.Review from Natalia J

It took one month to start fixing my car, then other month to finish. When I got my car it was a mouse inside the car and it mess and ?? all around. I called and their answer was they didn’t k ow what to do. They even ask to bring the car to clean it or apologizes.

Carstar Mississauga North. Exellent repair, good price, repaired within promised time. Car washed and polished before I picked it up. Very satisfied with the service.

They charged me extra 282.50 for doing nothing in the name of Calibration of Windshield. I was misrepresented by the CarStar staff that $250 + HST 13%= 282.50 for the Calibration of Windshield through ******** but actually they didn't do the job and charged me the fee for that.
Very unprofessional workforce and they do not resolve your issues. I had to take my Vehicle to ******** Dealership to rectify the problem.
I am very unsatisfied with their quality of work and the extra fee charged by them for not doing the job as it was told.
