He partially completed a job, got paid in full, than refused to return and finish the job. He finally arrived more than a month later to fix the issue which again did not get resolved. After months of follow up he kept saying he'll return later but never did. Product is under warranty. The service provided was for reglazing a tub, the product used has kept peeling off and created many bubbles throughout the tub. All directions were followed. The provider can either return and fix the job or provide a full refund.Business response

Did an awful job on the refinishing of our tub (chips in finishing, paint runs, and "gritty" feeling left on tub) on January 8, 2022. We contacted owner of company right away asking him to return and fix poorly done job, which he agreed to do. He later then cancelled three times, and is no longer responding to our phone calls, text messages or emails. Here we are 7 weeks later with an awful looking and feeling bathtub, and out $350Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/03/02) */ I told him , in the text that I will fix the issue But I'm sick at the moment with covid So , he has no right to post a review like this !!! Startub refinishing Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/03/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We were informed that he was "sick with covid" via text on February 11th, and still to this day NO effort has been made to contact us to reschedule. Two other dates were set prior to this for him to come fix the issues, however both of those dates were cancelled also. If he really wanted to fix this issue, then an effort would have been made to contact us after he "recovered from covid". 8 weeks later and we still do not have the issue resolved.
