      Ordered July 1 2023. Ordered breeze queen size sheets with a free sleep mask from Gravid Canada. Total cost with tax $155.68 Canadian. Got order summery same day. July 3rd got tracking number from *********. July 6th order just says shipping label created with no updates. July 6th phoned ********* they say package has not been picked up and to phone merchant. I can’t phone merchant as they do post a phone number on website, tried the on line customer service chat for a period of time several times during the day with no response. Emailed Gravid with no response or satisfaction.

      ORDER ********* Ordered on Jan 21, 2023 Total of $472.34 Have not received any product that I ordered. I have emailed and they first told me that the product was back ordered then the next email was that it was to be shipped April 25, 2023. They have given me a $20 refund for late service but now I emailed again and within an hour received a shipping label printed email. Now it has been days and nothing shipped, just a shipping label made. I have asked for a full refund since services have not been provided and no product delivered.

      Hello, On March 14, 2023 I ordered a blanket from Gravid ********* ************* the order# ******** and the entire amount is $413.28. I received a confirmation number and that was it. Nothing was ever shipped. I have reached out repeatedly to try to resolve this. But nothing is coming of it. I have been told I can not have a refund as they have made a commitment to their suppliers to pay them and they can't. Somehow they seem to have forgotten they made a commitment to me. I paid them for a product that they refuse to send because it is not available. Apparently I can choose to return it once I receive it.       On January 25, 2023 I ordered a weighted blanket from Gravid in ************ Ontario. They charged my **** $ 360.47 almost immediately, and advised that the blanket would ship by mid March. It did not arrive. I contacted them and they said it would arrive by April 10, which it did not. Then they said April 25, then they said April 28. Still no blanket. I have emailed them, twice this week, and they have not responded. * ***** ***** **** **** *** ********* ** ******* **** ****. * ******* **** ******* *** ** ****** *** *** ******** ** ********* ***** *** *** ******* *** ******** *** * *** **** * ******** ******* ***** **** ****  * **** ** ***** ******* ******* **** * ********* ******* *** * ****** ****** ** *** ******* *** ***** * *** * ****** **** *******  Can you please help me get a refund from these people? I have ******** a copy of the order, along with several emails to Gravid.

      We just received the blanket a couple of days ago and I believe we received it because of your input. **** **** * *** ****** ***** **** ******* *** ** * ****** ********** ***** ******* ***** *** ****** ******** ****** ****** ** **** **** ******* They told us that they would inform us two days before when it was going to be shipped, which they did not. ** ********* ***** ** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** ******** *** ********* **** ** *** ******** ** ** ********* ** *** ****. They also sent the wrong colour however, I would not want to return it for the correct one ******* * ***** ***** * ***** **** ******* *** * **** ***** ***** **** **** ******* ***** thank you very much for your help with this.       Ordered a blanket on MARCH 26 2023 and it is now MAY 2 2030 and still ZERO STATUS on shipping! I want a refund. They refuse to give me an exact shipping date. They tell me every week that it will be shipped. I no longer want to do business with this business. I want a full refund.

      I purchased a gravity blanket Jan 14 on my credit card. The transaction was processed same day in the amount of 473.47 It was noted that the blanket would be sent in March. Nothing arrived the first week of April, so I cancelled my order and they have not processed the credit. I have sent numerous notes asking for my money back and no response.       I bought a gravid blanket set online for $383.07 on 26 Jan 2021. * *** **** ******** *** **** ** ***** ******* *** **** ** *** *** ***** * expected a fast delivery as promised on their website. A few weeks went by and no shipping notification (just lots of promotion emails). I inquired as to the status of delivery. They said they were back ordered so it would be early March. Early March came and went. I inquired again and this time asked to cancel my order and for my money back, they said that was impossible as it was due to ship 10 April and they had already allocated resources. I told them (after some googling) that I was entitled to a refund after 30 days of the product not arriving and that I would like return the item anyway as I was so disappointed with the experience. I got not response. April 10th came and went with no shipping notification. I inquired again about it, no response. I have sent another follow up today. * ******* ******* ****** ** ********** *** ********* and saw **** *** ******** ** ***** ********** I just want my money back as they have not delivered on their goods as promised. * *** *** ******** *** ****** **** **** ********* ** *** *** **** ****** ***** ******* * ****** ** **** **** **** ******* ** ********* ** **** *** **** ****** *** **** *** * **** they have not delivered, will not give a refund and are not responding to my emails.

      I ordered a weighted blanket, cover and sheet from Gravid Inc for over $340 on February 8th. They told me it would be shipped in March as they have none in stock and are waiting. Now I have been told everything will be shipped April 10th. Its now April 16th and I have heard nothing from Gravid.       On March 17, 2023 I ordered 2 blankets under two seperate orders. The website says will be shipped in 1-2 business days and did not mention it was out of stock. They billed out immediately even thou it was not in stock. On April 1st, I went on the Live 24/7 chat and was told my order would be shipped by April 10, 2023. On my Visa that was due on April 10, 2023, the charges were will out for $179.67 for each blanket. I went on Live Chat again and was told that they received new stock and my order would be shipped by April 15th. I have since emailed April 10th and April 12th and no response at all. Today, April 14, 2023 I tried Live Chat which is supposed to be 24/7 Customer Service and no one responded. Tried at 8:40 AM and again at 9:15 AM.....no response. Later I checked email and they sent a copy of the Live Chat and their response. Unfortunately they experienced a delay in receiving stock and now will be shipped April 25th (even thou they told me prior that they did receive new stock and would be shipped April 15th.) Asked for a refund and they offered $20 off each blanket. Told them not acceptable, want a refund today or I would be calling BBB. Their 24/7 Customer Service is non existent, no response to email and was told their is no phone number for customer service. Absolutely unbelieveable!! Will also be contacting my local MP in Mississauga to see how they allow a company like this to take advantage of people.

      I ordered a cooling cover. It was a $430 purchase. It arrived with marks all over the cover. I have requested a return 4 times through email using the information from their return instructions. I have never received a response however I did continue to get offers to purchase the same mattress cover. I reached out through their chat and the agent gave an email to use to send photos of the marks and if they think its something that would qualify them paying for the return shipping. Once again, I have emailed twice with photos and no response.
