Good afternoon, I have called several times to have this issues corrected but nobody seems to want to help. Furthermore, I was promised 2 callbacks and I have never heard back from anyone. First, I purchased a car on August 4th 2023. My payments are for the amount of $829.14 BI-WEEKLY, with my first payment August 18th 2023 and second payment September 1st 2023. You guys system glitched and your institution never took the payment as agreed on August 18th 2023. I was then requested to make the payment manually, which I did on August 21st 2023 to cover the payment that never came out. On August 15th, a payment of $2431.72 was made. This amount should be applied in full towards the principal balance. Then, I made payments for : $275 on August 23rd 2023 $200 on August 24th 2023 $275.95 on August 28th 2023 $78.91 on Sept 1st 2023 All the above payments totalize $828.96 which should be applied towards the bi-weekly payment that was due on September 1st 2023. My next payment, which will be my 3rd payment upon the conditions I agreed to, is suppose to come out on September 15th 2023. As of today, it says I owe $2058 when it should only be $829.14 For some reason, since the beginning of the loan, you guys are showing that im passed due on several amounte. Where is the past due amount coming from? I have paid my loan as expected. You guys failed to take out the payments as expected and in consequence I had to make them to make sure it was paid on time. Also, im being charge interest daily on the outstanding balance. With all of that being said, I am requesting that you guys CREDIT me for the interest that was charged between August 18th and August 21st 2023 as you guys never took the payment out of my account. Lastly, I am requesting that you guys update my loan so that the amounts can be reflective and that no amount past due shows as it's inaccurate.

      Hello,

The account is being reviewed by management and the payment history is being reviewed.  This will be discussed with the customer, it appears that there is still a partial amount due because of all of the partial payments the customer has been making.  That will change the per dium charged.  The customer will be contacted and provided a payment amortization.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because as of today, nobody has contacted me. I keep getting the same message that someone will contact me. Everything I call, I am provided with different answers and nobody seem to know what they are doing.

I paid my loan before its due date so how am I being required to make more payments than what I agreed to?

My loan's first payment was August 18th. I paid more than the required minimum biweekly amount up to this date.

Please adjust the system error and credit all billed interest.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *****

I was customer of Mercedes Benz since 2017. they always had money in their account on time. I received an email on April 23,(the email from their accountant ****** ** Account Managers available) that the money did not go through. I responded her to give me time to check with my Bank. I had business that I was closed it down because of Corvid 19, I closed my account as well but I did not know if the Bank made a mistake by the one was active. From 23 April I was back and force with the bank and Ms. Datong and she told me she would hold it until I set the account straight. I asked her how much in total I had to pay. in one email she sent $1920, but she sent another email that I did not see it but she asked for 1966. Since I knew the amount I finally paid $1920 through my bank. On May 31 (four days after I paid the full amount), they sent Sheriff to cease my car from my home. The person gave me a phone number and name alexander to call to solve the issue. I called this gentleman but he was **** *** unpolite and told me that because I did not pay for three months. I explained to him that the other accountant was dealing with that situation. First, I did not know the money was not go through from March, since I received first warning on April 23, according to my email from them.by Ms. D. and she gave me the certain amount that I paid, he ****** told me to sent him my payment because he did not know anything about my payment. I sent him my payment and he said the amount was not correct and I had to pay 1966. I was so angry and asked was he ceased my car for $40 dollars? Since then I tried to speak with the manager of this department every time they made an excuse and did not let me talk to any person who was in charge. The operator promised me that he sent a note to their manager and he will call me. Now it is more than two weeks that I have no car, I do not know where my car is and I paid full amount. They asking me to pay the full and get my car 4 days later.

I signed a lease for a 2021 GLE53 4MATIC+ from Mercedes Benz Boundary on October 7, 2021. Within a month of purchase, my vehicle began to malfunction and was later confirmed to be defective by the dealership Service Team, Vasilios (Bill) S., Wasim H. and Sami O. from sales team. From the start of the lease, I have experienced following problems listed below: 1) Entire vehicle shutting down/turning off unexpectedly while driving and stopped at red light 2) Buzzing noise which I was told comes from the sound generator 3) Jerking transmission 4) Torn leather seats I have returned the vehicle to ******** ******** BC on 06/07/22. Mercedes only refunded me $3000 when the vehicle is defective from the beginning. I am entitled to full $15,000 because other consumers who had defective Mercedes GLE53 have received full refund. I feel very unappreciated and discriminated compared to other Mercedes consumers. None of the issues which I'm experiencing are of my own fault, which 100% is Mercedes Benz Canada's fault. I truly believe they avoided fiduciary duty to consumers by misinforming about the recall model for GLE 53. Mercedes ********* ******** ******** *** ****** ********* *** ************* ******* ** ******. I had to return the vehicle because I was afraid if engine would cause more issues which is very dangerous for driving. ******** ******** dealership leased me a defective vehicle when they were fully aware of this issue. I am also aware that this model specifically has been recalled nationwide due to electrical issues concerning passenger seating, causing the passenger side of the vehicle to erupt in flames at any given moment.

      VIN - *****************

On May 27, 2022 client contacted our customer relations department to inform us that they were not happy with the buy-in offer made by their dealer sales management team. An investigation was opened with the dealer with request for clarification on the agreement that was made with the client. We were advised that on June 8, 2022 the customer returned the vehicle for a buy-in with an equity payment to be made as he would be going to another manufacturer for his vehicle purchase.

We were advised that a final equity payment was made to the client for buy-in on his vehicle. It is our understanding that the matter is now resolve between the client and his selling dealer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Business responded by claiming that the issue has been resolved. Mercedes did not provide much of customer service nor offered me a different options. Dealership partially refund only 20% of my Down payment. Benz Canada Head office informed me, dealership is individually owned and advise me to request refund from dealership, and not from them. I kept requesting for compensation for damages but they refused to do anything more when the vehicle is defective from the first month of my purchase date. I had to go through few weeks of calling Mercedes Benz Canada and the dealership. From the beginning, they provided terrible, service. Dealership has confirmed about the defect but still won't provide a full refund for my down payment. Due to malfunctioning and many defects, I was afraid to drive my vehicle often. My vehicle has less than 5000 km. There are currently many vehicles, specifically the model of my vehicle has been recalled nationally. I don't appreciate this dealership not informing me about the recall of my vehicle model which is 2021 GLE53 4MATIC. I continuously complained to the dealership. They also deflected and ignored me until I wrote an email and receive email confirmation in regards to the defect. My engine started making weird noises from the first month of getting this vehicle. There were many other issues and defects which include torn Leather seats, buzzing engine sound, jerking transmission, computer system shutting down very often, vehicle has stopped once while driving. I will never purchase Mercedes Benz again. This is probably why there are many class action law suits against Mercedes' Benz, and in California USA has implemented lemon law which was implemented against Mercedes Benz.
