              Date of the transaction: Mar 27/2021 I've paid them around $2600 so far and required to keep paying them $72.61/month for a Hepa filter till March/2031 (10 years instead of 3 years ) according to a FORGED contract#******** that I've never seen nor signed and they don't want to take any responsibility nor action to resolve the problem and eventually asking me to have my lawyer to contact them!!!

              Canadian Home Improvement Credit Corporation is ********** ***** with this Ontario Green Initiative , they do not respond to emails, phones calls and force you to continue paying even when you move and no longer require the HEPA filter. The filter did not even work, it's ******* and someone from CHICC should be made responsible for this ********** matter. **** ***** **** ******* * ******** ******* they have terrible customer service!!! worst ever.

Canadian Home Improvement Credit Corporation “CHICC” is a finance company that operates independently from door-to-door sales, manufacturing, warehousing, servicing, or merchandising of any heating and cooling equipment. CHICC does not directly enter into agreements with customers; rather, it purchases such agreements from parties engaged in renting or leasing home service equipment. It is CHICC’s practice to carry out administrative duties regarding the Agreements for billing and finance purposes. Contrary to the statements on your communication with the BBB website, according to our records, you just sent us an email (Today), which was responded to accordingly. We can confirm that you contacted us on August 2, 2024, and December 11, 2021. In both instances, your inquiries were addressed accordingly. We noticed that you are in communication with our Billing department. We hope the information above addresses your concerns. Thank you, Canadian Home Improvement Credit Corporation.
