    I came upon a ad on social media for Revive Superfoods and decided to try it as I’m a gym goer. On 1/18/24 I got billed for 156.78 and got product two days later. Well, on 1/25/24 I got billed again same price and was confused and saw on my bank statement it was Revive Superfoods. I emailed them immediately and in short said what the hell why am I getting billed twice? They told me I created an account and I know I did know such thing so in the process of emailing back-and-forth for a few days and then got billed again for a third time on 2/1/24 for the 156.78. At this time I went into my ********** bank and they suggested I canceled that card which I did so. Like I said, I wanted to try it once so I feel I am responsible for a one time payment of 156.78. But the other two charges o 156.78 were not mine. I even emailed screenshots of me using my email trying to login to their website and it said no account found. That’s when the emails stopped. * **** *** * ****** *** ** ******** *** ****** **** **** ******** ** *** **** ********* ** *** ****  * **** *** **** ********** ***** ****** *** ** **** **** *** ********** ****** ** ****** ** *** ***** ******** ** I was just wondering what I had to do to get my two payments back of 313.56

    I had subscribed years ago and got my one box, while I thought they were ok I did find it very bulky. I didn’t have room in my freezer and had skipped the deliveries faithfully for ages. Then one day I went to log in and it said my account didn’t exist. So I had assumed they deactivated my account since it had been well over a year of skipping. Imagine my surprise when my card got charged and a box that I had no room for showed up. I reached out to their customer service because I didn’t know how I could get charged and a shipment when my account showed it didn’t exist. They were only willing to cancel my account but had no explanation of how it happened and wouldn’t refund despite the fact I had no way to skip. Now it’s been another year and despite unsubscribing from their mailing list I get promotional emails from them multiple times a month. They won’t take me off their mailing list.
