Unfortunately, we weren’t informed that the quality of these items would be significantly lower than those on display. Our troubles began with the first delivery. It was not only late, arriving at 10 PM, but also reckless—the delivery team nearly backed their truck into our landscape rocks. During the process, they asked for water several times, which seemed to be a diversion from the damage they caused—by the next morning, we discovered a crack in our sidelight glass. Midhas’ response? They denied responsibility and insisted on video proof, which we didn’t have. A month later, with the second set’s arrival, we decided to record the delivery. The team protested, concerned about their privacy, even though we needed the footage for potential evidence, as requested by Midhas. Although they avoided any damage, the furniture’s poor quality was undeniable. It didn’t match the value or the expectations set by the store. And to our dismay, we learned that Midhas enforces a strict no-return policy.
