I had booked my first appointment with this salon On the 18th of dec 2022 and while i was on my way to her house she called me and told me that she isn't able to provide me her services and lafer called me and said that if i could wait 20 minutes then she can help me. So i waited and so upon completion of my hair job she overcharged me i have should lenth hair but she charged me for (waist legth) After two days of my hair job my hair turned out to be real bad they were no where close to her ********* pics... (**** ************) Her ***** has completely dissimilar pictures even her salon looks different in reality then her ********* pics. So i got a hold of her online which by the way is really hard she never responds in a timely fashion *** *** *** **** ** **** *** *** ****** ******* ****** and hence unable to book me in. So i booked online appointment and i was charged anorher and lafer got confirmation but she wasn't at her basement again... So i tried contacting her several times and then i knkced on the door upstairs thinking she is inside of her house perhaps has her phone on silent or something but turns out that it was her landlorrds house....... Few moments later she replies me back saying "leave my propety i will file a law suit against you" but i had already left property and i found out that shs unauthorized accessed my credit card and charged me an additional $350 instead of providing me a complimentary treatment (compensation) **** ***** *** ****** ** **** ********* *** ******** ****** * **** *** ** ** * ***** ******** ***** she has so far charged me a total of more then 800 dollars I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! PLZ HELP!! SORRY AND THANKS FOR YOUR TIMEBusiness response

This is Alexa, I am the owner of The Hair Vault. I have received the complaint from ***** ****** - please reference case ID ********.
This client had her hair done by me and was charged accordingly. She was charged in regards to the length of her hair and she was informed via our consent forms that to achieve her desired results she would need more than one treatment as her hair was extremely bleached and damaged and it takes more than one session to heal very damaged hair. This was explained to her in person along with the terms and conditions form she signed upon booking. She booked another appointment with us as she understood that it took more than one session as this was explained to her MULTIPLE times and she decided to pay in full at the time of booking online as this is an option. I had a personal health issue *** *** ** *** ******** *** * **** *** ** * ****** *********. I let her know ahead of time, however she decided to show up despite me letting her know her booking will have to be moved. She remained on my property, ******** ** ******** ******** *** *** ********* *** ******* ** *** ******** and refused to leave our properly (we have video and audio footage). She stood on our property for over an hour on the phone afterwards and then left as I sent her a text messages to leave immediately or we will have to call the authorities to have her removed.
Her appointment was refunded in full as I did not feel comfortable taking her as a client after this incident.
What she is saying in her complaint is completely and blatantly not what happened and very out of context and she has disrespected my business and myself.
