    These people have oor inventory management. **** *** ** *** ***** ***** ***** ******* *** ***** ****** **** ******  I literally waited two weeks for something that was “out of stock” to ship and personally had to contact them via email for all discrepancies. Contact was never initiated by them. My money was taken i was sent a fake tracking number. After the item wasnt shipped i asked where my order was, this is when they told me they were out of stock and they could offer me a refund. Not only was this disappointing but it made me uneasy because why was o able to order a product you didnt have supposedly. I told them i wanted my products so ill wait and was there something they coiluld do to compensate me. They said they could send me a free product in addition to shipping my items once in stock. I tell them the product i want in the email and they somehow act lile they cant read now. After explaining to them twice the free product they can send they then understood me. A few days go by and i get a box in the mail. By the size of the box i assumed everything was in there. It wasn’t. Was one item but the email confirmation said your order, as in all the things, has been shipped. I kind of panic at that point because why would they play in my face like this? So i email. They send back some garbage hand typed out “we’re too busy” message. So i dm them. They tell me oh it shouldve came with a note explaining everything will come shopped separately. Ther was no note. Another lie. So i get an email response and they just flat out say the items are sold out, we can get you a refund. To which i said i want my items so that wont work, so when should i expect them? They never responded. They gave my refund but the business practices and inventory are trash ** * ******** ***** ** **** ** ***** ******* **** **** *****

    Hello **, We apologize for the inconvenience. We care deeply about our clients. We provided a refund on all missing items and provided additional items free of charge. Unfortunately, there were some stock issues but we went above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied by returning your money and providing free products which no other company is willing to do.

    A refund was only sent after weeks pf not getting my products or receiving updates about the delay at all from your company. I shouldnt have to reach out to them you when you make a mistake. Here you are again trying to gaslight me and pedestalizing yourself about some products you sent for free that i didnt even ask you to send! If you were going to send something for free after dropping the ball and having poor communication skills, it should have been what i ordered in the first place!
