** ********* ** ****** ******* *** **** ** *** *** * **** **** ***** I entered into a contract ***** ******* ******** ********** ***** ** ******* ** *** ******* **** **** ** ****** ******** on September 9th 2022. After we agreed apon a price for the deposit (4650) i told him he would receive it on first day of work(September 12th) which they showed up for and took down the existing wall which is structural. The work is to replace a retaining wall that holds back the hill from collapsing onto my driveway. After he received my deposit its been excuses after excuses and has not shown back up to work. Also leaving his big blue bin in my driveway this whole time. I would like the work completed or my money back as i cant afford another contractor to restart the work and im afraid this hill is going to collapse.Initial Complaint

We hired Kadell S., owner of Blue Basin Landscapes, for a $9600 backyard renovation project. We gave him a $2400 deposit on June 27 2021, to start work early July. He kept pushing work week to week making excuse after excuse. At the end he only showed up for TWO days to demo our old deck, leave our backyard in an unsafe and messy state with broken deck pieces, and never came back. We have repeatedly tried contacting him but Kadell intentionally ignores our calls/texts. We called him from an anonymous number, which he picked up, heard my voice and hung up. He left a disposal bin on our property for 2 weeks, blocking us access to our driveway. He brought inexperienced workers to the job site who were unsafely using a circular saw. My husband had to come down and show them how to properly use their own tools. It has now been 3 months and this issue is still unresolved as he has run off with our money. ***********************************************Business response
