      I cancelled service from this company a year ago, then hired another company due to an issue with this company services, but dr green claiming they did work during the time I had the other company.

      Thank you for letting us know about the concerns you have had regarding your account with us.  I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding with the services.  Looking at the account, I show that we had come to your home and completed the full 6 visit program, as well as an additional free retreat at your request in 2022 before you let us know that you did not want any services.  On February 23, 2023 the account was closed as per your request and no other services were sent to your home.  We have investigated all the recordings over the 2 years that we were working with you and were not able to find a call where it was requested to close the account before this date. I am sorry but the last thing that we want to do is services unnecessarily to anyone’s home.  We would be happy to investigate this further for you, if you could provide us with the cancelation number or possibly the date you close the account?  At this time, we would like to resolve this amicably with you and offer to reduce the balance on the account from $370.82 down to $215.00.  As this balance is going back to the 2022 season, we would be able to extend this offer for you until September 30, 2023.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

      My wife decieded to hire Dr. Green Services in begining of summer 2022 after looking at one of their advertisements. They did one application of feritilizer from a series of 5. We decieded to cancel them after the first one since we felt we can take care of our lawn better. We asked them how to make the payment and they siad you will be billed at the end of the season. They told us we can make payment for only one application. Then we waited to receive a billed invoice from them. Finally we did receive it from them at the end of the season and then we called them to make a payment. We called 2 times to confirm the payment amount and both times their operators tried to look up our account and claimed that your account is already settled and there is nothing which you own us. Their representative told us this on your official helpline which my wife called on. You can check the call logs to verify this. But now 8 months later in 2023, we receive this invoice ? Where now out of blue they have charged us this ridiclous interest amount when we made efforts to make a payment and were informed by their representative that we do not own you anything? What kind of buisness are you guys running ? I expect a written apology and reitfication of these charges. You cannot run a business like this! I will take Dr. Green Services Inc. to court if a written apology is not provided.

      Tell us whThank you for letting us know about the concerns you have had regarding your old account with us.  I am sorry if there has been any misunderstanding, but looking at the account, I am showing that our system has been trying to email you a copy of the statement monthly going back to the 2022 season. Even after the visit was completed you should have received the invoice to you email and not need to wait until the end of the season for it.   The last call we show (in December 2022), we were informed that the payment was going to be made online and the representative informed the balance being $50.26 as we would remove the interest charges and late fee.  Unfortunately, it does not look as if we received the payment, which is why more interest charges had been added over the recent months.   We would still be happy to remove all the interest charges and late fees that accumulated over the last number of months and bring the balance from $111.92 to $43.78 to resolve this amicably.  I am very sorry again that this recent statement in the mail came as a surprise, but without being able to reach by email we wanted to try and send it through the mail.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

I do however want to ask that when we called back, the represenatative informed us there is no balance due. Which is where all this confusion started from. I just checked my wifes email, all of the emails were under spam/junk. Reason why we were unaware about them. I appreciate you taking away the interest charges. I am happy to make the payment.       This morning I was awaken shortly after 6:00am when a Dr. Green van pulled up in front of my house. This is the 4th time since spring that this company has shown up to spray our lawn. We have never contracted their services and had previously confirmed with the two boys who were here to spray that they are servicing the wrong address. Now I can understand the error being made the first time, but the 4th time is unacceptable. there are street signs next to the house and the house number is clearly visible! I do not want their chemicals on my lawn! I grow vegetables and I have dogs, and we use our own lawn care system. This morning, I asked the man who sprayed my back yard to inform me as to what was used. He would not provide an answer, except that what he sprayed was safe for pets. He then told me my dogs may have itchy paws for awhile. I want these chemicals off my lawn as they had no reason to be there, nor any permission to trespass on our property to spray chemicals. Not to mention, they left the back gate open! When I tried to call, I get the run around.. no apology, no remorse to offer a solution.. just told a manager is looking into it and will get back to me. They also wanted pictures from me to prove they were at my property- as if I would wake up at 6am and randomly attack this company! Was advised to water my lawn, but that won’t remove the chemicals from the soil! Was told they don’t spray vegetables, but the damage is done, the water will spread the chemicals through the soils.       Thank you for taking the time and letting us know about the concerns you have had with us. I am very sorry to hear that our technician had come to your property for the applications when it was something that you had not requested.  The last thing that we ever want is to complete something for someone that does not want it.  I can see that when we received the call into the office last week it was brought to our production manager to see why this is something that keeps happening.  The production manager at this time investigated the matter and has gone in to all our accounts in your area to make sure that they are all located properly in our system so there should be no issues with the technicians being brought to the incorrect home again. With the products we use, everything is all been approved by Health Canada, and are safe for animals/ children and everyone, but I understand the concerns.  With watering the lawn, it will help dilute the products to ensure that it is not effective, but also the products will not stay in the soil and dissipate once the plant uses what is there.  Although, we are not able to remove the liquid product that was applied to the lawn, we would like to offer to come and complete an aeration and over seeding service for free to help grow new grass in the lawn.  I am again very sorry that this has happened and please let us know if you would like us to come for the overseeding.  You can always reach us toll free at 1-877-374-7336 or by email at ***************@***********.com.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I do not accept the lack of accountability or ownership from this company.  The first time I had called Dr. Green after my lawn was sprayed, I was advised a manager would call me back within 15 minutes.  That phone call did not occur.  I called Dr. Green again later in the day where I spoke to the same person as the first time where I was basically  accused of being a liar.  I do have a recording of this conversation.  I was told that all vehicles operated by Dr. Green contain GPS trackers in which the manager at Dr. Green had gone through the GPS tracking where it shows there was not a Dr. Green vehicle parked in front of my home.  I was told that Dr. Green does not service any lawns in my area so there would not have been a Dr. Green technician near my street to accidentally spray my lawn.  I was asked if a lawn sign had been placed on my lawn to indicate Dr. Green had performed a service  on my lawn.  As there was no lawn sign, I was told Dr. Green was not at my  home.   However, I find it interesting  in one of Dr. Green’s ****** Review response to another customer’s complaint that Dr. Green charged them for a service that was not completed and how this customer noted  there was no lawn sign left  behind, Dr. Green replied that  they no  longer use lawn signs upon completion of a lawn service.  I was also told that if I could not provide pictures, Dr. Green was not at my home.  * **** **** **** ******** *** ****** * ********** *** ** ****** * *********  It’s very easy to display sincerity in response to a complaint, but where was the sincerity and regard within my three phone calls to Dr. Green on the day of the incident?
      I had also specifically asked what chemicals or ingredients were sprayed on my lawn.  I do have a right to know that so I can know the effects it may have with my own lawn management.  It’s easy to say the products are safe, but why is there no product description disclosed on Dr. Green’s website or easily disclosed when asked?  I find it disheartening that when I asked the technician who sprayed my lawn what the effect would be on my dogs, I was advised that they may have itchy paws for a bit.  To me, that’s not a safe product.
      I do not want Dr. Green to aerate or overseed my lawn as I have no trust for this company.  Expressing the sincerity as shown in Dr. Green’s response would have meant more if it were shown during my first phone call.  It should not take  an  online complaint to have a company  respond to a concern.

      Thank you for reply.  I am again sorry; we do really take this situation seriously and that from the very beginning the whole situation should have been handle much better than what you have expressed.  I do agree that it shouldn’t take an online complaint to have a situation resolved, and that each of the representatives involved should have taken more time to make sure that this did not happen. We do have copies of the MSD forms for the application that was placed down, and I have ******** a copy of it for you today.   I know we are unable to remove the product from the lawn but with the water being put down it will dilute the product to ensure that it will not be able to bond to the grass and weeds in the lawn.  I understand that you do not want us to come and complete the aeration and overseeding visit at your home, we did want to provide that option so that we can at least start growing some new grass for you.  However, if you would like we are able to at least mail you a cheque for $100.00 to cover the extra watering that you had done to make sure the product did not bond on your lawn.  If this would be okay for you, we would just require confirming a few personal details so we can forward it to our accounting department to have issued.       **** **** *** ********. I had their service for one year and never extended their service for another year. We called and told them that. Despite that, they showed up without my request and performed a weed service, and send us an invoice. We called them and explained that we never ordered their service for another year and will not be paying for the invoice as their service was done without our request. Instead of canceling the unreasonably issued invoice, they sent it to the collection agency and ******* ** my credit score. I called them and expressed my frustration about their ******** activity and they said if I didn't want the service that I should just call them to let them know that I didn’t need it. I only found out that they came onto my property without permission after the fact when I saw the invoice. They will continue charging you for their services either you want or not and if you don’t pay you will deal with the collection department that will charge you 3 times more because of the interest! **** **** ******* ***** *** ****** *******************************************************************************************

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your account.  I am sorry that we were not able to resolve the concerns before the account was sent to our third-party collection agency.   Looking at your account, I can see that we had been working with you and your lawn from our 2013 season right until 2017.  Our services are a subscription-based plan, which means the services will continue from year to year and that if any changes need to be made (adding/ cancels or updating information) that you give you just give us a call or email and we will do the changes right away.  At the time of sale, the representative would explain this to make sure that everyone is aware, as well as every year before each season starts, we send out reminder letters of any prepay discounts and a notice that the account was still active with a reminder to call if any changes need to be made.   Unfortunately, it does not look like we were aware you no longer wanted the services in 2017 and we came for 2 visits.  As soon as we were information that you did not want the services they were stopped right away and nothing else was sent out.  I can assure you that had we been aware you no longer wanted the services we would not have sent anyone to your home.  I can see from the account, that we had been trying to reach an amicable resolution to close the balance on the account for a year before sending the account to the third-party collection agency. We had even tried offering to reduce the balance by 30% to resolve but at the time we were information that no balance will be paid and we were left no option but to send the account to the collection agency.  I am sorry again that we were not able to resolve this before it was sent but at this time as the account is no longer with us, you will have to speak with the collection agency regarding the file.  Their contact information is 1-************.

      I am rejecting this response because the seller is not saying the truth. First off all I did not use services from Dr. Green 2013-2017 as the seller states. For the  period  2013 - 2016 the service was on my mother’s name, ***** ******. Moreover the service for her had never been extended automatically. Every year she was receiving a letter from Dr. Green where she was asked if she was willing to renew service for another year and only after her approval she was getting the service for another season. She never extended the service for 2017 so it was canceled automatically. In 2017 I decided to have  Dr. Green’s service to see if I like it or not and I ordered their service for one season. I never ordered this service for 2018 season neither  gave the permission to extend it. If seller is trying to say that I subscribed for their service for the endless period I demand to prove that. I demand the seller to show me the contract where I agreed to have the lifetime subscription.

      Thank you for your response.  From the details that we are showing and the previous documents on the account, when the services originally were setup, they were setup under the name **** ****.  With the program we do make sure to let all our customers know that they are a subscription base service, and we would ask that if any changes need to be made to just call the office and let us know.  The letters that were sent out every spring, before the season starts, do state that the account is still active and a reminder to let us know if any changes need to be made. * **** ******** *** ********* *** **** *******  From the file, I cannot see that we received any notice to stop the services for the 2017 season until the 2 visits were completed.  We will request to pull the original call from the recording archives that discuss the terms regarding the services and the subscription services to be added to be added to the account.Thank you

      Thank you for taking the time and letting us know about the concerns you have had with the services. I am sorry to hear that you had been unhappy with the services and that you felt that they damaged the lawn.  Normally, if they are any concerns throughout the season, we do ask all our customer's to let us know so that we are able to see the lawn right away and sort out what caused the issues and what needs to be done.  Looking at the account, we are not showing that there were concerns that we had killed off the whole lawn until now.  The documents while we were at your home last year note, on a number of occasions, that the lawn was looking dry but no other major concerns.  While these notes were left for you they did also include recommendations to help provide guidance to help improve the lawn.  Going into the last visit, the pictures of the lawn we have are not showing the same concerns that you have brought to our attention today.  As there can be so many things that could have happened that caused that damage, we would really need to come and have a look. What we are able to do at this time is send our production manager/owner to the home and look at the back yard.  At this time, he will be able to have a better understanding of what has happened and be able to sort an amicable resolution.  Please let us know if you are okay with this and we will be able to setup the service call to have him come out.

      I hired them in 2021 to care for my lawn in the summer. Their services didn't really change much for my lawn and TWICE I was home and watched the guy. They claim to do the work on their invoice but they don't always. For example, they said they fertilized when they didn't (twice). At the end of the season, I cancelled. Two months later, their collection started calling me, saying I owed them for work done the previous month. They shouldn't have sent anyone, it was cancelled. They claim they have no record of me calling (but I keep records). I had asked for a supervisor to call so that it can be cancelled- no one has called, just the customer service person who is "not autorized to cancel accounts". We've discussed this issues twice already and I just recieved a mailed invoice at $156 with interest fees incurred. * *** **** ****** ******* *** *** *** **** *** ******* **** ***** ***** ******* *** ****. I just want them to cancel the bill owing.

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your account, I am sorry to hear about the experience you are having with us.  Looking at your file, I am showing that your account was closed as requested on August 15, 2022 when you called into the office, this was after 2 applications were completed.  I can see that during this call, you had told the representative that you called before this date, and she offered to look into this further. Unfortunately, after looking through the recording archives, she was not able to locate a call before the 2022 season started, and even asked if there would be any other number you could have called from.  Even though there was no information coming up as mentioned, she had offered to try and resolve the account amicably and offered to reduce the balance to the cost of just the first visit, for $51.37.    Had we been aware that you did not want to carry on with the services in the 2022 season, I can assure you that we would not have sent a technician out to complete any work.  We are  happy to look into the matter further is you have some more detailed information of when you called to close before the 2 visits were done.  If you happen to have the cancelation number, representatives name or even a date of the call we can look back into archives for you again. However, we are still more than happy to bring down the balance to $51.37 as offered back in August 2022.

      Dr. Green, send a contractor to work on my front lawn. The contractor came to my home and he was supposed to spray weed control and fertilize my lawn. He did not do the job well and finished in less than 5 min. I captured the videos and sent them to Dr. Green's email. They review the videos and made a decision they will not charge me because the contractor did not do his job. After a few months, they send me a bill of $143.46.

I do see from the information on your account that we had received the videos that show the technician completing the weed control part of the visit, the representative the was working on your account had reached back out to you with further questions about the videos sent.  I know that the representative at the time offered to remove the cost of the fertilizer visit and bring the balance down to $50.00, but the adjustment was not made as they were waiting to hear back from you. I am sorry for the inconvenience with all this, but I can see that with the recent conversation to the office the adjustment was made to the $50.00 and the payment had been made to clear up the account.

      The company agreed to do 4 services for the price of 205 dollars. This was sold as a sale event price. They only did 1 total service in 2 months. Looking at the file, one of these visits should have been the return visit to your first application of the year.  This is why the representative you spoke originally offered to remove one of the visits.  From our records the other 2 applications were completed in full at the home.  I can see that with the recent conversation with our representative, an agreement was met, and the balance has been cleared.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

      Thank you for your response, however we will not be  reimbursing you the amount that you had paid to another company.  From our records, we had come to the home for 3 visits (May 22, 2020/ July 2, 2020/ and July 29, 2020) as well as we had an additional visit setup to come back at your request, which was cancelled as per your request when you let us know that you did not want anymore services at the home.    I do know that there was a concern with the first visit not being completed fully and unfortunately it looks like that redo was sent the same time as your second visit.   I show that we have said that we would remove the cost of that visit on a number of conversations with you to try and resolve the matter.  From our records, we started offering to settle the balance on your account for $60 in August 2020.  Unfortunately, over the last 2 years we were not able to come to a amicable resolution until last month.   We would have been more than happy to work with you and your lawn to ensure that you are seeing the results that you should with the program, but you had made it clear that you did not want anything else done.  The program being a 4 visit program we do need to space out each visit accordingly and believe that the services that were done would have been beneficial for the lawn.

The balance on the account today is $194.67, we would be happy to reduce it to $97.33 to clear the matter. We would ask that this would be paid by March 1, 2022, as we are trying to close the books from 2021 and would like to avoid the file being sent to the third party collection agency.       To whom it may concern, I have never got their services done they say that they have been at my place my fence has been always locked. No one every came at my place they have just sent me an invoice for $200.58 I have tried to resolve it with them, but they are not willing to listen. Then I have received a latter from ************************** $261.78 trying to ****** me that they'll damage my credit. If I would have utilize their services I would have paid them, but I have stoped them every time they call me never agreed to any commitment. At this time, all the details were confirmed, the account was activated for you. February 14, 2020 we called to follow up with you regarding the services along with the balance to be paid. During this call, you confirmed with us that you will be making the payment and are good to carry on with the services for the upcoming year. As requested, we carried on with the program you ordered and completed 2 more visits before your account went on credit hold due to the outstanding balance (one on April 29, 2020 and June 17, 2020) At no point during any of our conversations with you did we hear that you had not seen any of the 3 visits to your home or that there was a problem with getting in to the back yard. We have a couple opportunities to speak with you since the account was placed on credit hold to try and get have the payment sorted out. During these calls, you had let us know that you would make the payment and no payment was ever received. One of our last conversations, you said that you would not pay for the services completed, and since then we had a hard time reaching you by the phone. We had tried to resolve this amicably with you, but we were left no other choice but to send your account to our third-party collection agency as the balance was overdue for sometime. Unfortunately, the account is no longer with us, and you would need to speak with our collection agency regarding the file. ******************************************************************. During the call when **************** was ordered you confirmed that this was the address to be setting up for the services 2 times. We do not have a copy of the signed agreement as it was an agreement and confirmation over the phone, which again we have a recording for should you like to hear it. We are not trying to force our services on anyone, and if you did decide to change your mind about the services, you could have let us know and we would have closed the account down before any work was done. We also had reached out before the services started (in February 2020) and you had still let us know to go ahead with the lawn care program. If you had not ordered the services, could you let us know why you still gave the go ahead at that time? Furthermore, looking at your other account (*********************), we are showing that you have been speaking with a representative in the office about the balance from the 2020 season, but it is not showing that it has been paid as of today (January 4, 2022).
