            The contractor, Kai's Four Seasons, has failed to keep the terms of the contract dated Nov 22, 2021. We paid an advance of $779.00. Our reasons are as follows: 1* He did not show up after the severe snowstorm of Jan 18, 2022. His excuse was that 2 of his trucks were down. 2* He did not keep us posted on what his plans were and his tracker system stopped working. He did not respond to our phone calls and texts. In addition, his mailbox and phone were blocked. 3* As we were stuck and desperately needed to have someone clear our driveway, we were forced to employ someone else to do it for us. This cost us $460.00. 4* On January 25, 2022, he again failed to show up nor did he give us a reason. He did not respond to phone calls and texts. 5* On Feb 3, 2022, once again, he did not show up or advise us of when he planned to come. He continued to not answer phone calls and texts. Therefore, we are requesting the assistance of BBB to settle this matter. We would like to be refunded the $779.00 paid in advances and a reimbursement of $460.00 for the services we needed on Jan 18, 2022.
