This company is attempting to collect from incorrect people. They are continuously asking for payment when they do not work with me or others. We have told them time and time again to contact the person who requested their services and they are refusing to do so, still attempting to collect payment. We hired a company who decided to use Maersk as a 3rd party, so we owe the company we hired, not Maersk. Maersk will need to contact the individuals who hired them for payment, not use directly, if they want their money. Maersk has invoiced ********* ********* incorrectly and refuses to retract the invoice. Countless emails have been exchanged over the last 6-10 months and Maersk has not provided a credit. ********* believes this is consumer ***** and Maersk is trying to have ********* invoiced for a charge that does not apply to us. We have been invoiced $3,802.22 CAD for a container that apparently we lost. However we have never seen this container, we never booked this container, we have never had anything to do with this container. This container is actually the responsibility of the customer on the delivery paperwork - ***** ***** ******** ****** *******. ********* has never heard of this company before.Initial Complaint

The said company Maersk line shipped a 20ft container in April this year and I made all necessary payments due for the container. The said container was on hold by customs at a warehouse owned by db s. from the 6th of July to the 30th of July, where I paid the necessary demurrage and collected it on 30th. Maersk line later sent me a charge of 4260 dollars for demurrage for the container being in their possession from 7th of July to 30th. The said container was not in Maersk custody, I have written severally to dispute this. Yet Maersk have resorted to send my details to a collection agency called ********************, located at ** ** ***** ******** Ave. New Jersey. I am not owing
