              Purchase Date : Nov 11 / 2023 Purchase Price : $45.20 tax inclusive Business Name: JVCKenwood Canada Retailer Purchased from: ****** ***** Product : Wireless earbud bluetooth headphones Model # *********** **# ********  Product issues Volume of right earbud is very low and barely audible. Product operational and design flaws, missleading/missrepresented instructions. Service /Support issues After two months, no response to support requests other than an automated email. Business Commited to Provide : One year warranty as well as 48 hour or less response to support requests. Sent business support request through their website support form process on or around Feb 12 / 2024. The support request included a detailed description of the issue I am having as well as all the troubleshooting steps I tried. On Feb 13th I received an automated reply with the following message. "We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you. Most questions are answered in 48 hours or less." Confirmation Number: ******************  I waited for a response, but none came. So I called their office, and left a message requesting someone contact me. Not sure of the date of the call. One month passed and still no response, so on Mar 12 / 2024m I emailed the company at the email address (***************@*************.com) that was listed on documentation that came with the product.

              Bought 2 TVs and one of the remotes is faulty. Sent email in as instructed by Retailer as the TV is still under warranty. After numerous emails asking me to change the batteries they asked for documentation to prove when tv is bought. All that info was provided when I registered the TV... but alright here you go again. No response ... contact them again and I'm asked if I'm still having issues. I say yes and they ask for all the documentation again. Send it again and finally am told they are starting a claim ... finally. Wrong! I get an email ... " we have no remote for you sorry". I call in this time and talk to someone who says let me escalate that for you ... someone will call you in 48 hours ... I hear nothing. Call back and starting to get mad ... told it has been escalated and someone would call me the following Tuesday as it was the holidays coming up. Figured ok let's be given them a chance to make this right. I wait an additional week after I was told they would call ... and the person I spoke to again said it has been escalated someone will call you by end of day. I wait till end of the day after ... still no call ... so call in again ... same script ... sorry sir it has been escalated but we need 4 to 5 days to call you back. This is an absolute nightmare. They don't want to honor the warranty and making me go crazy in the process. When I was gowing up the JVC AND KENWOOD brand was quality ... not anymore ... TV reboots itself all the time and now the remote issue . **** ***** ** **** ***** *** *** *** ********* ****** * ** **** ** ********* **** * ***** ***** ** ******
