Our experience was nothing short of horrific, including ********* to get all of our belongings back. We submitted an inventory and were quoted 5.5h of moving with two movers. It took them over 7 hours to load the contents of a one-bedroom apartment into their truck. We found out that they declined an offer from the resident manager to put the elevator on service for them, and moved slowly taking one item out at a time. Video footage of them in the common areas confirmed our suspicion that they were completing the move purposefully slowly. After 7-hours, they told us the truck wouldn’t start. When we contacted the company manager, Sam, he was aggressive and confrontational. He threatened to unload all of our belongings onto the street, now at night as the move-out had taken so long. We had to try to talk him down although we were in a position of feeling like we had no power. They took all of our belongings to their facility saying that they would deliver them at some point the next day. They didn’t know when. ** **** **** *** ********** **** ***** **** ******** *** Sam continued to make *********** remarks. We were very scared of our belongings being somehow damaged or “lost” because of remarks that the manager made. We later learned that the ****** was around ********* us for more money, not damage, but we were scared and felt helpless. We had no belongings and had to find somewhere to stay overnight. The next day, two new movers arrived at our new home. They refused to unload the truck or turn over any belongings unless we paid a fee of over $2,100 (not including the deposit already paid). Over $1000 more than our original quote. They refused to show us any invoice. We felt trapped and we had to pay under protest. After we received our invoices, we saw they charged us for multiple travel times which weren't used, the full time used by their movers on the 1st day, and several hours on the 2nd day even though the movers only worked for 1h.Review from Amber S

If I could give a 0 stars or negative marks that would be more appreciate! This company took our belongings that were suppose to be moved from Ontario to Newfoundland to only take it to Toronto and take everything out and LEAVING OUR THINGS . Proceeding then to Grossly OVER charge, leaving us days without our belongings to THEN NOT MEET DELIVERY DATE AND TELL US THEY DONT KNOW WHEN WE WILL GET OUR THINGS AND WITHHOLD THEM.Review from Tina C

POOR SERVICE. Do not do business with this company. They first changed the pick up date last minute after booking several months in advance. Took over two weeks to deliver. Gave Several promise dates and times but there was always an excuse on delays. Several broken items, damaged furniture. Also they left a skid behind which took a month to be delivered. On top of all that missing several boxes 8 in total. Most my child's toys and stuff animals which he was very upset and crying for. A box of Christmas ornaments that is very special to us. He try to state that we lost it somewhere in our house and that everything has been delivered. Which has not! SO DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Also do truly think the ones that are giving positive reviews are fake and are either Friends or Family members of the owner. If you look at the profiles most have same friends and not local.Review from Dylan M

Buyer beware; these guys are scam artists... Original quite for $1,100, then day before the move upped it to $1,500. After the move they asked for $2,000. The movers themselves were hardworking and polite, but certainly not professional movers. One guy arrived in leather loafers and a Cosby-show sweater. They didn't have basic mover equipment like mattress straps, and I had to run outside to stop them from backing their big truck over my lawn to the front door. Dinged up a wall pretty good and broke a dresser. They want us to pay the full amount and work with their customer service department after for a refund/repairs... Two boxes were lost containing personal albums, diplomas, passports and other misc items. The moving truck arrived with another shipment already on it and continued to load mine alongside. The movers worked slowly to increase time and took an extremely long route to the destination as I waited almost 30 min for them doing the same drive. For 2 months I have gone back and forth with Amanda trying to solve the situation and receive compensation and their response was we don't provide any. ***** **** ********Review from David V

They didn't show up on day or time promised. Showed up At 2.45PM and left shortly after 2Am quoted under $1500 and charged 2700 did do damage to my basement walls gouged my wall and scraped paint off
Put. Hole in new mattress loading on truck damaged book case on legs
Damaged Tv plug and HDMI cable
And when confronted were ******** dismissive of their responsibilities
Did not return calls when they would. And owner ( identified himself as the booking manager and gave a another persons name.
