Movers were very nice. Matt was helpful throughout our whole move from Brampton to Calgary. MTS was very clear about everything. We did have some damage on our dining chair but they refunded us for the whole chair. Solid company.

We were very impressed with our move from BC to Alberta. Our original quote proved to be almost bang on. The team of three worked extremely efficient very carefully at each end. Less than 3 days later our move was complete.

They will not add any hidden fees ***** **** ***** ********* ***, and you will have the contract way before so that you have time to actually read it. The customer also has a chance to go when they weigh the truck so that you fully know that you are paying an honest price (again, many other companies do not allow that). Our move was from Ontario to Alberta, and all the staff was awesome - the two young men in Mississauga did a fantastic job handling everything, and BK was also amazing in St. Albert - a very nice and hardworking person! This moving company lost 3 ladders , printers , damaged dining table , shelves, broke glass table top, missing vase stand, much more to mention . They responded they could not find them in there warehouse. The move from ontario to calgary doubled in price , *** ***** ****** *** **** ********* **** *** ******** ** ** ** * ********* Customer service department told me I was lying *** *** *** **** *** *** ************ ** *** *

From beginning to end, these guys performed an outstanding job of providing top-notch service during our move from Toronto to Calgary. ***** ********** ******* *** ****** *** ******* ***. They were very professional, and our belongings arrived sooner than we anticipated, which was a bonus.

Moved my mother twice. Didnt realise that things were missing until we did the final unpack of boxes and some hadn't been opened from the first move. Where did this stuff go? Calling was a total waste of time. We did end up with someone else's box of kids toys. Couldnt even return them. Brokered tehe moves through *** *** *** 

MTS Moving outdid themselves. Matt was super helpful even in the recommending the type and size of moving boxes I should use. They were so professional and kept to time. Delivered to Calgary even before the ETA. Prices were exact, no hidden charges. Thanks MTS

I moved from Windsor to Calgary and was given a quote and they tacked on 3000$ in Extra's.plus my daughter's tv was smashed and rotisserie bbq was in pisces my wall unit was in pieces.no costumer service at all...ive been in touch with their claims office with no response.....i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

This company emailed me false information regarding the weight of my items in the moving truck then I caught it referencing the bill and the quote so I emailed them and now I get a response that my bill is so much higher now because I have multiple fines, so not only I cannot afford to pay for the original bill now I get more fines for correcting them and they don't want to take accountability towards it.... *************************************************************** *******************

I didn't do a review before deciding on this mover, was a mistake, why are there no review for this company if they're in business for a while? The loading and unloading went fine, I had a few boxes of broken wares which I wrote off, I realized when I unpacked that I was missing quite a few stuff from boxes, I made a few calls to them and was told to send them a list of stuff that was missing, they seem like they were ready to help me to find them. After I sent the list and called them more than once, left messages, no one returned my call, I sent text messages, no respond never heard from them again, they totally ignored me after that. I gave up trying after a while..even though they put numbered stickers on stuff it's totally useless, who has time to check off each of these tiny stickers, will they hang around until you check each tiny sticker from off the list? No. So what's the use of these stickers? Some of my favourite stuff I cannot find. Where are they? The insurance you get is useless the hassle of filing an insurance claim is going to be another story. You pay an extra 70$ for damage insurance there is no info on how to file a claim and they won't return your call. Totally disappointed.
