I made an online purchase on March 25, 2024 to Diane Beauty Supply. I purchased 2 bottles of ****** Mineral Boost, the cost was $59.56. The amount showed immediately on my credit card. It was to take about 7 to 10 days. I emailed them enquiring as to delivery & heard nothing. I phoned the toll free number & it's a busy signal.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/9/24 in the amount of $73.17, charged to a **** card, for hair products. I got an order confirmation with an order number. The product has never shipped, they have not answered 4 emails, the toll-free number is out of service, the regular phone number was answered by a person who took my order number, and said she would call back in one hour. I never received a call back. I cannot find out the status of my order. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

Ordered hairspray from Diane Beauty Supply. ORDER #*********. Order placed on 12-26-2023 at 9:21 am CST. Their shipping policy states: Orders Are Shipped within 5 - 7 Business Days Via **** and delivered via **** in the U.S. I have reached out to them 3 times with no reply. I ordered a hair product on December 1 2023 and haven’t received it yet (Jan 10 2024) …no answers to emails and phone always answers as ‘caller busy’.
