      Purchased clothing items on Black Friday 2023. Items were shipped Dec 7 2023. 4-8 business days shipping. Contacted company on Dec 27 as items not delivered. Company Reissued package and provided store credit on sold out item instead of refund. Is now Jan 11 2024, 2nd package not delivered.       I ordered a boxer set from them. I never got an email saying it was shipped (even though they said to expect one) 4 weeks later I still have no boxer set. I contacted customer service and they said I put in my address wrong (which is incorrect, I put my address in just fine) and since I messed it up apparently Im just out that money.       I subscribed to Knotty Knickers monthly subscription several months ago, and I have been charged every single month since, but never received a single package from them. When I tried to contact them, the "customer service" gave me a bunch of weird canned responses, and were no help at all.       I do not want this service--apparently it is auto charged and sent to a former address monthly, but I can't confirm receipt, only the charges--and I cannot cancel using the email system for feedback. Please cancel--immediately!

      I ordered two sets of 3, and one of the pairs (my favourite pair :( aesthetically) had a small hole in the lace. They arrived almost 4 weeks ago, around august 30. I figured if I was carful it would still last quite awhile but they’re underwear, and the hole has gotten quite large already. This is not because they are too small, they fit perfectly.

      I ordered two packs of knotty knickers approx June 16. After not receiving them, they say they reissued, again I didn’t receive, asked for a refund and they reissued. Tracking number says delivered but I have yet to receive them. They are directing me to take action with the ****** **** who is as confused as I am. I would be happy to receive the product but would prefer a refund at this point.

      I ordered a set of boxers from these people, and they are not true to size. All they did was give me a credit to buy another pair of boxers, which again we’re not true to size. They refused to give me a refund and that’s all I want is my money back

      On April 14th and 25th 2023 I spent over 170$ on bras and underwear from knotty knickers and most if not all items don't fit. I have have reach out and they sent me the same items but different sizes in hopes those would fit but nope. So now I have spent all this money and nothing fits, I again reached out and simply asked for a refund. They have yet to respond in anyway.. it's very frustrating that a Canadian company would do this. I did some research and turns out there have been many complaints in regards to nothing fitting and their sizes being wrong.

      I have reached out over 20+ times just to be ignored. They have not fullfilled my 179$ order and conitinue to ignore me. They have only refunded me a measley 44.96 when i spent 179$ how is that fair I did not recieve any product or refund or anything. ****** ********** **** ******* *** ** ***** **** ** **** * ******* **** ** ***** ** *************** They dont even provide tracking number. Or emails that it shipped. What kind of business doesnt tell you they shipped. Or a tracking number for that matter.

      March 25 2023 I purchased a mystery pack of XL women’s boxers from Knotty Knickers. I received the mystery pack of all XS boxers. I reached out the first time 4/13/23 and have repeatedly been emailing and requesting a refund. I have emailed with several different employees and all are saying they will not refund me. They told me they would send me the correct XL pack after I denied their offer of a coupon code to order again… I silly told them not to do that , I just want my money back. They sent the pack anyways. It says delivered on their tracking link but I have not received anything from them and I reached out AGAIN and they are still saying they cannot refund me. It was $24.99+tax.
