Have had my subscription for over 2 years. The quality of the underwear is horrible now and it is impossible to cancel your subscription. I can't access my subscription on their website, all it shows is my address on file and the past ones sent out. There is no way to delete or edit you subscription or card information.Review from Victoria P

I got a tracking number that day but it never moved status and then 5 days later I get a email saying my order was canceled by their fraud department and I needed to send a pic of my photo id with address and name to match my order. Okay no problem it’s been sent but here I am paying for an order and k have no order number or tracking number. I ordered the pad friendly boxer and compression bralette set. My order total came to $29.37. It’s been a month and I have not received my order. I have not received an email saying it was shipped and no tracking number. I contacted them and they asked if my address was correct (it is). Then they said it was lost in the mail. My items are now sold out. I was told to pick out something price equivalent to replace my order. So I picked a top and bottom (to replace the set I originally wanted), which are buy one get one free. So it would be price equivalent. They told me the items I picked were more than my original order (they were not). And sent me a coupon code for my new order. I used to coupon code and I still got charged for the whole order! So now I’ve spent $60 and I have not relieved my original order AND I paid full price for something to replace it.Review from Heather D

Ordered from them on Feb 16,noticed that I ordered the wrong size by accident. Emailed them but customer service isn't available on weekends so heard back on Feb 19th stating they can't change the order,mind you it didn't ship at that point. Emailed again,no reply till Feb 20th. Shipment is out and can't cancelled,yet again emailed and feel like it's pointless. Now I'm stuck with panties I can't even use.Review from Sierra M

False advertising with a “free tattoo” campaign that was in fact not as advertised but was giving a discount towards a tattoo. Refused to refund me when I realized this is not as advertised. I requested a refund on many different occasions and they flat out refused.Review from Amanda H

********** ***** **** ******* I had a subscription for years and ordered items from their black Friday sale. The items I received were all wrong, contacted the company and they mailed replacements, that order was also wrong, they reshipped and I never received it. Contacted them again, said they would file a claim with the courier. There is no courier, it's non trackable ****** ****. And they resent it again Here we are 76 days from my order and I have not received the right items or the replacement items. Their customer service is atrocious I have since cancelled all my services with them and will tell anyone how awful they are, this is after being a customer for years! It's pretty obvious they don't care as they don't respond to any negative reviews.Review from Megan S

I recieved an order confirmation on Dec 11th, and recieved a shipping notice and tracking number on the 13th (within their 3 buisness day timeframe) -- since then, the tracking hasn't updated; I've even used a 3rd party tracking website and it just states that just the label has been created. I reached out to the company on "business day 7" of their 4-8 business day shipping, and recieved what felt like a canned response saying that it will ship soon on Dec 26th. Since then, they've been silent, I have emailed them multiple times through the same email chain and no reply. I have now emailed them directly again asking for a refund since they don't seem capable of shipping my order (or running a business). If I don't hear from them, I'll have to contact my credit card company and get a charge back done.Review from Jamie M

******* sizing is inconsistent. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription or to sign in to your account. The underwear are hideous and have frills and straps and bows all over them and they're ugly colors. i say you might get one decent pair out of every 15. ***** ** *** *****Review from Melanie E

Made cheaply and of the 3 piece set I got, each piece fit totally differently. Made for 3 different bodies. No returns no exchanges. Never again.
