There were some pricing issues, they were not very clear in providing me the whole helpful information regarding the amount that would get covered by my insurance successfully despite of me mentioning the massage technique by name that i need a "deep tissue massage", and them cutting me off again and again and telling me "deep tissue isn't going to get covered but we will provide u the said deep tissue but the treatment would be called RMT MASSAGE and for the pricing(as deep tissue has a different price value than the said RMT massage) we will just take care of it for you" and then instead of being transparent to me of how it would be adjust or taken care of. Also on me requesting tha i wanted a 90 minute massage and they recommended me to get two hour one in my case because its going to be labelled as as RMT massage, and that would help with my insurance somehow?!!! The main problem is their assitant are a good listener and would just talk and talk and talk and would simple say we will takecare of it for you!! The communication was A MESS. Now they won't even email me the receipts which I have to send to the insurance company as its already about to get renewed, now this business is withholding my own receipts from me just because I am opening up about my OWN horrible experience there. I was told about a week ago that the owner would get into contact with me about the whole experience, which I totally understood by that point, and even now, which they still haven't and thats okay because hey guess what we all are real people with real busy lives , the ONLY thing that's ******* me is the audacity of withholding my receipts from me which I already have to answer to someone else as I am covered under theirs, is. Honestly it has turned into a worst nightmare one could have and at this point I am desperately waiting for it to be over.'-
