Our neighbours contracted this company to re-seal their driveway and backyard patio. The company arrived on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2023 to power-wash the desired area. One of their associates who was executing the job did not put up a tarp or anything to stop the debris from going onto our property. This caused an issue as our backyards/property are separated by a rot iron fence, therefore debris easily passes through when someone is power washing. Not only did the debris of rocks/grit get scattered onto our lawn, but also our patio furniture, plants, flowers and outdoor lights. We called the company on Thursday, May 24th, 2023, to ask if they could kindly clean up the mess that their employee left on our property. They snickered at us over the phone and said that they were in a meeting and hung up the phone. 20 minutes later we received a phone call apologizing and saying they would send someone out to clean it the following day or weekend. As of Friday, May, 26th, 2023, no one has cleaned it. We are disappointed that this company purposefully pushed grit, rocks, and debris onto our property and caused it to obstruct our use and enjoyment of our own belongings. Even after reaching out to kindly resolve this matter, they scoffed us off and refuse to clean up the mess they left behind. Our patio is covered in grit and rocks, our glass patio table was covered in it as well as the chairs. There is garbage and rocks in our grass that they pushed off our neighbour's side onto ours. Now we have to spend the time to clean up a mess we did not make and was due to their poor business practice/laziness to put a tarp up to prevent the debris from coming onto our property. We implore that you carefully consider this experience before pursuing further business with this company.
