    I went to Farzi Cafe at Square One Food District with my friends on Wed, Nov 16, 2022 at 7:30pm. While we were eating, we saw a cockroach right by our table. The cockroach scurried away and went into the crevice of this half wall surrounding our booth. My friend captured a video and saw more than one cockroach in the crevice. We told the owner Ishmeet S, he said he had pest control earlier ***** ** ******* ** * ******** ***. Me and my friend have already filed a complaint with the Peel Public Health, and this restaurant has received several complaints and is also being non compliant. We paid $244.05 and asked the manager, who wasn't the owner, to do something about our bill. He said he can't do anything and the most he can do is a free dessert. We said there's a reason we are not taking our leftovers home, the cockroach was found right by our table! We want to be compensated for the poor experience. After a lot of back and forth, the manager said the most he can do is a $50 gift card, we said we don't want to come back here, you have a cockroach infestation here and that we want to be compensated with today’s bill. Then we said okay, we will use the $50 gift card for today's visit, he said we weren't allowed to use the gift card for today's visit but the next one. We asked where the owner was, as the manager said he didn't have much power, ** **** ** ** *** said the owner went home. The owner was hiding in the kitchen as he didn't want to deal with us. Me & my friends had to strip out our clothes when we got home, in case there were baby cockroaches hiding in our clothes. T*** ********** ** ******** **** ******* ** ****** ** **** ***** ****** *** *** *** *** *** *** ********* ******* ******** ******* *** ******* ** ****** *** **** **** *****. I'm seeking a full refund for me, and my friends, as the restaurant didn't care to resolve our experience in a professional manner.

    The cheapest place I have ever visited. We had a worst experience here. *** ****** ***** ******* **** **** **** * ********* ****** Once we placed the order he said can I get you masala papad or peanut as though it was complimentary but we were charged 8$ for papad and 25$ for peanuts. 1. We ordered a starter and he says that should we make it a large portion as regular will have very less quantity. 2. A glass of beer is priced 15$ and a pitcher is 50$ in the menu. The pitcher does not even fill in 3 beer glasses and they charged 65$. 50$+15$ it seems, it is their own calculation. They charged us for two pitchers (4glasses of beer - 130$) whereas when you order 4 glasses it is only 60$ (15*4). When we asked about the quantity they said that is how their pitcher is sized. 3. The starter was 25$ in the menu and 28$ in the bill. 4. We used one bottle of water and the bill had 2 bottles. When we complained the manager comes saying we will give you a complimentary pitcher. We declined the offer, paid the bill and went away ******.
