********************************************** The customer service is awful. I have been trying for almost 2 months to find out where the item I ordered is. The only response is here is the tracking number try again in a couple of days.

This place sold me broken children's toys and outright did not send items that I paid for. I informed them of their error and their email responses have been outrageous. Right down to responding with insults toward me. They will not correct their errors with my order. Feb 24, 2022 I placed an online order order # *****) and paid 16.50 with debit card. Soon afterwards received from Mississauga Mart that my item had been shipped and I was given a tracking number. March 10 and still no parcel in mail, my requests to online service keeps saying they will check into it. Wish I had thought to check here with BBB before ordering. I will not trust any online ads in ** again. If they are not going to fill my order NOW, I would like a refund. If not, I certainly will be telling everyone of my experience. Thank you, Colleen

I ordered some valentines day gifts (last year), which they assured me would arrive before valentines, but did not. Nevertheless, when the two items came, one was badly damaged. It has been one whole year that I have been pursuing the replacement order.********************************* telling me that they will send a order number shortly and thank you for my patience and all that crap. I will likely take this matter to court, this is no way to run a business. I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service in my life.Review from Courtney W

************************************************* I ordered 2 items from here and never received them. The tracking number didn't exist. Emails were not returned or acknowledged. This is not a business, this is just some person trying to rip people off. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I've tried to find out about my order or get a refund and no replies are ever made. Ordered a paint by number for my daughter's Christmas gift. They sent the wrong item and when i tried to return it they told me they sent a similar item because they were out of stock of the one i ordered! I've been trying to get a return label but tge ignore my emails.Review from Peter C

Ordered some ****** Laser Lights and received the order a week late. Opened the package and the lights have European-type plugins, 240 volts. The boxes say they work in Canada with the PROVIDED Adapter. There is NO adapters in the box rendering the lights unusable in north America. their webpage states that a return must have pre-approval. They do not / will not answer the email to get this approval. Total ******* of $130. ******************************************************Review from Chris F

This is by far the worst online business I have ever dealt with.
First red flag? When you purchase an item it won't ship for weeks, and this is clearly in an attempt to up-sell you other items.
This is clear since as soon as you confirm a purchase, they won't send shipping confirmation, but rather product ads by email saying you can "add it to your order".
After a week of no update I emailed requesting that they cancel my order, it was time sensitive and I had time to read all the negative reviews leading me to believe I had *************
They insisted it was too late to cancel in the first email as it was in the hands of their shipping department, in the second, it was out of stock! The third email was a repeat of the first.
Once I initiated a charge back, they sent something. It came a day too late - so over two weeks from initial purchase. It was the official branded product they advertised, but a cheap knockoff that had major quality control issues. They bothered to list 10% metal on the description and it was a whopping 100% plastic.
The next hurdle was trying to return it to them - it took over a week of emailing to get them to agree to their own posted return policy!
FYI - the will only respond to you once per day. Good way to run out the clock on that 30 day return policy.
Anyway, they insisted I follow very specific instructions to return, but you know what? The post office said that the listed PO Box wasn't coming up. They forced it to go there, and it came back to me.
False address, so at that point I had enough. What honest company can make this many "mistakes" while offering the slowest, dodgiest, and least helpful customer service?
By the way, they will charge you from MYMAKEUPBRUSHSET so avoid that "business" too.Review from Jean B

They use a third party to order from and ship. They have no phone number nor does the BBB. Company is Redacted for privacy.
Placed an order on October 2, 2021. No email receipt was sent to me nor was there a receipt in the package. Kept a copy of the order form ****. Requested receipt many times but always declined and I believe this is done on purpose as problems will expose. Per company's Return Policy, You absolutely need a RETURN Authorization Number and a purchase receipt for a return. On October 3 , I was not satisfied with the product and requested a Ret. A. No. They said they needed to verify my claim . I submit the info they want and on October 8 ,they no longer raise verification claim, and seem to accept my request. However, they now offer a product exchange ( not part of Return Policy), without saying what that product might be, and request I return the product at my expense, with a tracking no. and copy of purchase receipt. They confirm they don't pay shipping or return fees. Alarms bells start ringing . I again request a Ret. A. No., and again not provided. With no Ret. A. No., I can't trust what they'll do. Any further purchases/dealings would probably only end up with further manipulations. So, I request a $10.00 credit to end this matter.
October 13, they offer a 20% discount on a similar future purchase. I reply requesting a 20% credit refund instead of the discount. They reply stating the 20% discount has been sent to the returns specialist. I reply stating it has to be a 20% credit refund . They reply and confirm a credit refund. Make further inquires and On October 26 they state sent to accounts department. On November 2, I advise 20 days have passed with no refund and that I am withdrawing my no complaint statement. They respond sent to accounts. It has now been 24 days and no refund posted. A review has suggested protecting your **** card by requesting **** block any transaction from MississaugaMart.
I have described the above for consumers to make their own judgment on a possible rigged return policy .Did various shenanigans transpire from my review and other reviews as well, to the detriment of unwary consumers. Is there respect here for consumers. I felt posting a review would be more beneficial to consumers over my getting a $4.00 credit .
